Beautiful and modern apartment, which is originally furnished. Andreas always responds quickly, is friendly and helpful, a host as you would wish! All sleeping arrangements were comfortable, in the kitchen and bathroom everything for a pleasant stay available. in a very quiet location on the outskirts a nice accommodation. Down by the lake, you can rent bikes and explore the villages around the lake. The three of us enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was exactly as described . Very clean and well maintained, very spacious layout, plenty of space for five people with a dog . Very modern and well furnished. A new building with several apartments on the outskirts. We felt very comfortable there and would book it again and again. Contactless check in / check out was also completely problem-free . Communication with the host for arrival was very good.

There were four of us in the apartment for a long weekend. Everything worked out great, the apartment is great and well equipped. The underground parking space is also particularly great, so the car is protected and you save yourself the search for a parking space. The check-in was also super easy, so we could check in late at night. All in all a great accommodation, we will be happy to come back!

This place was really nice for our visit. It ticked the boxes with free parking and by being kid friendly. Place was pristine clean and Manuela was a great host!

We had a very comfortable stay and the air bnb was squeaky clean. The apartment is extremely well equipped with all you could wish for, including toiletries, lots of clean towels, basic kitchen condiments and we were kindly left some fruit, chocolate and beer too! It is a very peaceful area but the bed was a little small as my husband is over 6ft! The shower is has good water pressure and plenty of hot water. We were met by our host who was very friendly and easy to contact. The apartment is in a basement and about 20 mins by public transport to the centre of Munich. We liked taking the bus and underground and visited the lake area too, which is about 1hr by bus/train. We also found a local beer garden that you can walk or take a scooter too. There is a useful supermarket near by. A very enjoyable stay. Thank you!

We were warmly welcomed by Barbara. We liked the apartment very much right away and we felt comfortable right away. All rooms were very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a stay. We particularly liked the welcome greeting (etagere with fresh fruit, tray with various drinks and a few sweets). Thanks again for this. We had our teenage daughters with us who were still hungry after the thermal baths in the evening. Our salvation was a basket with different foods in the kitchen cupboard (pasta, tomato sauces, milk, muesli, ...). Here you could help yourself and deposit the specified purchase price. The evening was saved and the holiday could begin. The farm is very quiet and the area was wonderful for my walks in the evening. We spent 3 nights here. Oh, what a charming stay on this German farm! The idyllic countryside scenery here is simply breathtaking—rolling green hills stretch as far as the eye can see. Host Stefan welcomed us with warm hospitality and shared stories of the land's heritage. Each morning, I woke to sunlight filtering through mist-covered valleys, then wandered through gardens and met friendly livestock. Gazing at the stars under the clear night sky, every moment here was a serene embrace of German rural charm—thank you, Stefan, for an unforgettable time that captured the heart and beauty of the countryside! Highly recommend!

Great house (as described) with sensational garden directly on the Danube. Everything is available and the reception or contact with the host Mr. Beslmeisl was great. Shopping (Rewe) is nearby. For restaurants, however, you have to walk/drive to Kelheim's old town. I'm sure we'll be back.

We had a small family reunion with 2 families and a couple of grandparents, it was the perfect place for that!

Very helpful and friendly hosts,very attentive. Our car's battery died on the day of leaving and Michael helped us with that. Communication is super. The place is beautifully furnished,clean and has everything you need. Recovered after my surgery and felt safe and peaceful here. Check in was smooth too. Highly recommend!

Heike’s place was so homey and relaxing! It was the perfect spot to explore the area and be able to come home at the end of the day and make a nice dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean. Great shower. Heike was good about communicating with us. We loved our stay!

We stayed with a group of friends for a few days – and it was just great! The entire house was very clean, lovingly decorated and has a very special atmosphere with its unique wooden flair. The location directly on the water is fantastic and offers many opportunities for activities and excursions. A real highlight was the stiltsauna – an experience we will not soon forget! The host Michael was super friendly, very helpful and communication in advance as well as on site went absolutely smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. A mega cute house in a small village surrounded by nature. We felt very comfortable right away. Only the terrace area could still be tidied up a little. Otherwise, it is the perfect accommodation for holidays in nature in the village right by the church. Really great.

The location is absolutely beautiful, and the home itself is lovely and welcoming. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, which made our trip even better. Highly recommended!

Totally nice apartment on the outskirts of town. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to do this, but you can walk from the front door in the countryside. Very quiet. Glad to come back!

Stayed here for a period of 45 days. Very comfortable and homely. Decor has a very personal touch . Peter is very helpful and always available for any help. We had fresh fruits , juices and treats in store. The kitchen is well equipped . Supermarket is 5 mins walk away . Apartment is not too big but has ample of organised storage space . Overall , comfortable stay .

I was staying with my parents for a week in Silke's apartment. The apartment is large and located in a very quiet area – perfect for relaxing. It is very easy to reach from the Munich center by S-Bahn and there is everything you need nearby: supermarket, pharmacy and drugstore. Communication with Silke was always very fast and friendly 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had wonderful time in Edurne's apartment! It's a cute place with lots of room and very comfortable beds. We loved sitting outside on the balcony in the back watching the neighborhood (there's a second balcony off the kitchen). Edurne also provided everything we needed and was very easy to communicate with. It's a great neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants on a wonderful tree lined street. We would gladly stay again.
