Welcome to our small, pretty ground-floor apartment, located directly on the Nagold and centrally in Pforzheim. Ideally located for the University of Design, it is a 13-minute walk away. The University of Applied Sciences BUSINESS School is a 36-minute walk or 17 minutes by bus line 5. Helios Klinikum: 18 min on foot, 15 min by bus, 5 min by car. The city theater is within a 3-minute walk. The Black Forest begins almost right outside the front door.

Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Welcome to our cozy apartment! We have lovingly renovated it and made it a perfect place for a little break. We live here very quietly on the edge of a small village. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. The perfect place to stay before or after the Badewelt, which is only about 15 minutes by car. We look forward to seeing you soon!
