Monthly Rentals in Philadelphia

I loved my recent stay at the artist’s studio. I was in the area for an extended stay for work, and felt right at home in this cozy and creative space. The neighborhood is lovely, safe & peaceful, with a really great coffee shop and grocery market nearby. Thank you Laurie and Jim for your awesome hospitality!

It was an amazing place. Access to shops and transportation was easy. I wanted to extend but it was already booked up when I was ready. He made sure we were always stocked up and couldn’t have asked for a better host

I was very satisfied. One thing that I often worry about, especially in a place as busy as Philadelphia, is noise: I'm a light sleeper. Well, I had a wonderful sleep. I couldn't hear sounds from the street at all, and it was pindrop-silent in the evening (and most of the rest of the time). Marvelous. And yet, it's right in the middle of the city. Everything was sparkling clean and modern, and artistically decorated. I would definitely stay again, and in fact plan on doing so.

Amy was proactive and easy to get in touch with. Instructions and check in were easy to understand and helpful. Apartment was clean and the shower is amazing.
