Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Phthiotis

We had a great stay! Alexandros was super friendly, always easily accessible and gave us great tips for activities. The apartment has a great terrace and in the low season it is wonderfully quiet here. Glad to come back!

The apartment is wonderful with every amenity you could hope for. The terrace has a beautiful view of the sea which is only a few meters away. Maria is an amazing host, very sweet and hospitable and made us feel right at home. We had a wonderful time and can recommend both Chorto and Maria for anyone that wants to enjoy a peaceful vacation on the Greek seaside.

We only spent one night at Dimitris's but we really enjoyed it! The apartment is very clean, well-appointed, located a short walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Efi is very kind and we very much appreciated his warm welcome. Dimitris is very responsive, no problem with communication. We had a welcome basket upon arrival. No private parking but very quiet area and we parked right in front of the house without a problem. Even the neighborhood is friendly and welcoming. Thanks for the warm welcome! We hope to be able to return during our next stay in Greece!

The planned apartment had had damage: our host warned us in advance and offered us another accommodation in the same building. Everything was perfect: the place is beautiful, the apartment in excellent condition, the huge balcony and the view delighted us. And we enjoyed the fruit, cake, and fruit juice waiting for us. We will be back with pleasure in this bay, so peaceful and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at Christos’s place and we found him and his son very helpful and welcoming. When we needed anything, it was supplied within a very short time. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a beautiful sea view. Staying at Christos’s house made our holiday very special.

A wonderfully warm family and a very nice clean house. We were able to park our car in a protected area. The bed was very comfortable. At night, the dogs bark now and then, so earplugs do not hurt. As a welcome, we were given oranges and apples and as a farewell, salad and rosemary from the garden. We thank you very much and had a nice stay!

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. Many thanks to Benny, Mike and Jacques for their part in our wonderful family holiday.

The house is beautifully spotless that gives you a warmth and relaxes you. Everything is working properly and everything tidy. The owner (Rania) is very direct Ideal for everyone. The neighborhood calm the place village picturesque seaside with a clean atmosphere. All great. I'd just like to have stays like that. PS:with full honesty my feedback and quite demanding.

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

We stayed at Dimitris's place for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay! The house is nice, spacious, overlooking a lovely beach, which is about 10 meters from the door of the house. The location is perfect. We were at the end of October, there was no one but us on the beach, and we enjoyed the quiet and relaxation. There are sea chairs, parasol and other sea equipment in the house for the use of the guests. Dimitris is nice and friendly, was available and responsive to any request. Highly recommended.

Everything is as described, very good (small and cute). Our only reservations are about the location, not the accommodation: we arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the port is a huge parking lot for buses and cars, which then loses all charm, it's a shame that the municipality does not know how to resist overtourism.

I can definitely recommend this location. It was clean, private, calm, on the countryside and had almost everything you need (kitchen, WiFi, terrace, barbecue place, lemons and grapes on the trees in the garden). Maria is changing the sheets once a week and is cleaning up twice a week. You should only be aware of animal noises (roosters, sheep, dogs, pheasants...) :-) - but this is charming! The next very nice beach and the bus station are about 20 min. by foot, I can recommend a vehicle to go to more far away beaches etc. Maria and her daughter are very friendly and helpful, communication was uncomplicated. Thank you for a very relaxing holiday!

Stunning little balcony with sea view in a quiet little corner. The host had recommended the right restaurants next door. Beach accessible by a small path 5’away and at the return alfresco shower at the bottom of the house. So cool!

Great value for money, lovely location with a nice view. Overall very cozy and neat place.

Our stay at Villa Marina on Skiathos was beyond all our expectations. Marina and her mother Morfo were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay. Thank you for everything! The accommodation is clean, tidy, and has everything you need. The nights spent on the balcony with a view of the sea were unforgettable. The villa is in an ideal location, so all the beaches, both north and south of the island, are close by. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and in the future, it will be the only accommodation I choose when returning to Skiathos.

We were pleasantly surprised by the environment, the calmness of the place. The beaches are great for enjoying it and watching the fish. Very very quiet and beaches almost for us alone this season. We particularly enjoyed our stay in Elinika and recommend this place to spend a quiet holiday in a truly unspoiled island that has lots of charm and potential.

Our stay in Eleni was great!!! She welcomed us in the best way and was helpful throughout our communication!!! The house combines mountain and sea views. Nice spot easily accessible . I highly recommend her! Thank you very much 🙂

Nikos' apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The place is very comfortable for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is spacious the bed very comfortable and the balcony is ideal for relaxing at night when the sun goes down. Nikos is an incredible host. His welcome made us feel at home, showed us the apartment and recommended several nice beaches and restaurants in the area. If we visit the coastal Pelion again, we will definitely choose Nikos' apartment.

Very beautiful area with quiet, safe parking, clean sea and a very nice tavern just opposite the house.
