Chieti and the civil hospital are 5 km away. The entrance to the highways and the highway to Pescara are 2/3 km away, and from the house you can admire the peaks of the Gran Sasso and the Maielletta. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
