هذه المرة الثانية التي نسكن بها في هذه الشقة الرائعة هي تحفة بمعنى الكلمة وتقع في الجوهرة المخفية لبحيرة كومو في قرية ريوزنونكو مطابقة فعلا للصور القرية التاريخية هادئة جدا ولا تسمع ضجيج السيارات لأنها تعبر من النفق أما الإطلالة فهي الأروع على الإطلاق نستمتع يوميا بالجلوس على النافذة وتناول الافطار أو شرب القهوة يوجد شاطيء صغير في الأسفل كما يوجد شاطئ رائع مخفي في الجوار وهناك بقالة صغيرة في الأعلى بها كل الاحتياجات الأساسية وستجد بعض أجبان المنطقة أليساندرو كان رائعا ومتفهما وسريع الاستجابة وقدم لنا نصائح مفيدة سنعود دوما بالتأكيد حيث الجمال والاسترخاء والهدوء شكرا أليساندرو

Die Unterkunft bietet einen unvergleichbaren Ausblick auf den Comer See. Wer Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe abseits der durch Touristen überlaufenden Orte am See sucht ist hier optimal aufgehoben. Der Weg dorthin gleicht einem kleinen Abenteuer, welches Dank der Wegbeschreibung gut zu meistern ist, sofern man sich der Herausforderung italienischer Straßen stellen mag. Fußläufig ist die Unterkunft nur erreichbar mit zeitlich sehr grosser Aufwendung und körperlicher Fitness.

We had a great time at Barbara’s place. It was in the middle of the village with a beautiful view of the lake. It was quiet, clean. The kitchen had all the supplies to be able to cook and serve breakfast. Barbara was very responsive and kind. There is no AC but there’s a breeze at night and a fan. There were several bars and restaurants right down the street (but no noise!). The nearest grassy beach is about 10minutes by foot. Great Air Bnb! Would definitely recommend! Thank you, Barbara.

Very nice stay with a beautiful view. The host was helpful and welcoming. I especially recommend the apartment with the garden – it’s a lovely place to relax.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

Die Wohnung ist recht klein, aber sehr sauber und mit einer schönen Aussicht. Alle Geräte (Klimaanlage, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Ofen, Kaffeemaschine) haben sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist so gesehen etwas ungünstig, da man zu Fuß recht lang ins Dorf laufen muss. Zu empfehlen ist hier ein kleiner Weg (der jedoch recht steil ist), direkt ins Dorf. Ansonsten sehr schön alles und auch der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber hat reibungslos und einfach funktioniert.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung bei sehr herzlichen Gastgebern. Wir haben uns von der 1 Sekunde an wohl gefühlt und wir werden sicher noch sehr oft hierher kommen. Die Aussicht ist sooooo schön, der Magnolie Baum spendet angenehm Schatten, Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Wichtig war uns auch ein großer Parkplatz für unseren Kombi und auch das ist direkt am Haus vorhanden. Für uns alles in allem die perfekte Wohnung

Nous avons été ravies de séjourner dans ce magnifique appartement. La vue y est sublime ! Le bâtiment est vieux mais charmant. Les lits étaient très confortables et l'appartement spacieux. Concernant les jardins, ils sont réservés au propriétaires. La partie attribuée au Airbnb donne une vision du lac en hauteur. Pour la place de parking, elle est sur la rue (pour 3 petites voitures minimum). Nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour trouver de la place. Nous avons eu quelques petits soucis de par l'ancienneté du bâtiment mais notre hôte a toujours été présent quand nous en avons eu besoin et cela n'a eu aucun impact sur le plaisir que nous avons eu à séjourner dans l'appartement. C'est un lieu idéal pour se reposer et profiter de la tranquillité du lac. Un de nos coups de coeur de notre voyage. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

Die Unterkunft „Sweet Memories“ hat unseren Aufenthalt am Comer See perfekt gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, absolut sauber und gut erreichbar gelegen. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Gravedona selbst ist eine traumhafte Stadt – ruhig, charmant und mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber Carlos und Valentino, die unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend waren. Man merkt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Wir können „Sweet Memories“ wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Beautifully designed apartment in a dream location

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfectly located right next to the Funicular and next to the promenade that runs around the marina in Como. Despite being in a busy area it is set back a little from the road so it also feels peaceful and quiet. The little balcony is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view. It is exactly as it appears on the photographs, only better in real life. Communication was super responsive and helpful, with restaurant suggestions and local information provided. We enjoyed a trip on the funicular one evening to watch the sunset and walked to the lighthouse at the top (steep but rewarding with a great view).

Very beautiful apartment in equally beautiful location with a view on the Como lake. All photos exactly correspond to the reality. The apartment is quiet at night and the city doesn’t attract too many tourists, which was pleasant after visiting the city of Como. Apartment is easily found, however may be harder to access for families with kids in trolleys, elderly or people with disabilities. Otherwise absolute recommendation! Thank you for hosting us!

Ce séjour en famille s’est extrêmement bien passé ; nous nous sommes régalés dans le logement de Luca qui correspondait parfaitement à la description. L’atout charme : le spa et le jacuzzi avec une vue imprenable sur le lac 😍 Un grand merci aux co-hôtes Andrea et Carla pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité dans les échanges avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Wir waren übers Wochenende in Blevio und somit bei Dana. Das Airbnb war so schön, es war sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und Dana hat uns auch gezeigt wo man öffentlich parken kann. (Begrenzte Parkplätze). Der Whirlpool war auch sehr sauber und man konnte entspannen und die Aussicht genießen. Eine echte Empfehlung!! Danke Dana!

Ich hatte eine Super, ruhige und erholsame Zeit in der Wohnung. Alles war perfekt sauber und auch die Kommunikation hat immer sehr gut funktioniert! Ich konnte trotz relativ schlechtem Wetter einige schöne Wanderungen und Ausflüge zu Fuss unternehmen. Die Natur rund um die Wohnung ist wunderschön und der Hotpot hat auch seinen Zweck erfüllt 👍 Danke Chiara und Familie für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Rolig og flott sted, leiligheten var som beskrevet i annonsen. Vi var 6 voksne som hadde ei flott uke i leiligheten med flott utsikt. Vi leide sykler fra @Bike it! Bellagio, veldig god service her også. Fint å sykle å oppleve nye steder, ferge fra Bellagio gikk til begge sidene av innsjøen og var lett tilgjengelig 😊
