Located on the first floor, the Father's Residence still features architectural details such as the Baroque coffered ceiling depicting St. Quirinus, the patron saint of Tegernsee. Old wooden doors, creaky floors and stucco work on the walls lend it a historical flair, while the new bathroom and furnishings ensure comfort.

Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
