The place is quiet, the view is wide and restful: olive trees and vineyards allaround, in the back, chickens and galleys. The apartment, spacious and very clean, is equipped with essentials. It can be comforted from 4 to 6 people. Great for a holiday "far from the world". Cooling dinner on the small loggia after a day at the beach. The beautiful Punta Aderci reserve with its magnificent beaches can be reached in a few minutes. Great value for money.

Lovely apartment a short walk from the center of Pollutri and about a 15-minute drive from the most beautiful beaches of the Trabocchi coast. Everything as shown in the photos and description. The hosts, Francesco and Niko, were of a unique and genuine kindness and availability, making us feel immediately at home. We returned home with a beautiful memory also regarding the generosity, simplicity and discretion with which we were welcomed: there were no shortage of tips to visit the surrounding area, great chats, very good food including their family's production oil. Highly recommended

Fede was a fantastic host. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and perfect for our long weekend. Would definitely recommend if you want to spend time in a traditional Italian town. 20 mins to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and bars and with stunning views in the town of the Italian countryside. The house is very large, clean and tidy and we had a great time; it will not be a jewel of modern design but it has everything you need and even more, and the view of the surrounding countryside is priceless (we also had the company of a few small foxes, wonderful!). Caterina was a disarming kindness, she gave us a lot of tips about the area, beaches, restaurants, and events. I would really like to go back, we had a wonderful week.
