Holiday rentals with a patio in Picardy

Our 7 night stay had us feeling right at home. The apartment is so peaceful and quiet, but step out onto the street and you are right in the heart of Le Marais - close to metro stations, brasseries, Franprix, boulangerie, pharmacy’s etc. We fell in love with Paris and our sanctuary was the apartment at the end of the day. The apartment has everything you need…beautiful artwork and lighting, big comfy bed (king size) and a lovely bathroom with large shower.

Accueil sympa et efficace. Appartement bien clair malgré la grisaille de décembre. Très clean, vraie cuisine bien équipée. Bonne literie. SDB nickel. Accès magasin tout proche, idem pour le métro avec plusieurs possibilités de correspondance. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Adoramos a nossa estadia. Apesar de ficarmos pouco tempo, pois passámos a maior parte do dia na Disney, quando chegávamos encontrávamos um local agradável e calmo para descansar mais uma noite. O banho era ótimo com bastante pressão no chuveiro. A limpeza estava excelente e quando precisei de dicas o anfitrião logo me respondia prontamente. muito próximo de uma paragem de autocarro et voilá, em dez minutos estávamos na Disney. Localização num bairro calmo e seguro. Se voltarmos, com certeza este alojamento será a nossa escolha. obrigada!

Rachel place was described, very clean, very close to the metro and attractions. The bed was very comfortable as well. Communication was easy and response was quick when ever I asked questions. The instructions given by Rachel & Jean Marc were very clear. Really appreciate the effort that they put in. The only issue we had was the poor soundproofing, which is probably the same for the buildings around Europe. The bedroom seems to be next to the neighbor's kitchen/dining area. We got woken up in the middle of the night by the noise/sound of the neighbor making food after a late night out. and the next couple days we can hear them getting ready for the day in the morning. Not sure if it only happened to us as there weren't many people who mentioned about this issue. Other than that, we had a good time in the flat, nothing else to complain.

The apartment is lovely, very clean and had all that we needed. June is a very responsive host, friendly and professional. Our only challenge was that the elevator in the building went out of service for a couple of days during our stay. June did everything she could to get to get it corrected and I appreciate that very much.

I had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline’s apartment. It is lovely, bright, and I felt right at home. It is close to the metro and you can easily get around. The neighborhood is so nice to be in…I especially liked walking through the Promenade Pereire , which is just a block away, with its beautiful flowers ( and children playing). A bakery and Carrefour are very near the apartment. Jacqueline is a kind, caring host- available for any questions. I’d happily stay there again!

Le logement est vraiment top, spacieux, confortable et vraiment bien décoré. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse qui est le principal atout de ce lieu. Nous reviendrons !

Isabelle ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin bei der man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das liebevolle und gemütlich eingerichtete Häuschen ist bestens ausgestattet, es lädt zum verweilen auf der Terrasse im Grünen ein. Die Entfernung in die Stadt ist wirklich schnell und einfach zurückgelegt. Wir könne einen Aufenthalt bei Isabelle wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. Le logement est agréable, lumineux et très calme (mention spéciale au chant des oiseaux🐦‍⬛). En plus de la déco très sympa il faut souligner l’extrême propreté du lieu (et dieu sait que ma femme est exigeante 😅). La salle de bain est moderne, le ballon d’eau chaude à une petite autonomie mais il faut bien penser à la planète 🌍 Un seul petit conseil pour optimiser encore plus cet incroyable logement, un store sur la porte d’entrée offrirait plus d’intimité et réduirait la lumière le matin☀️. Laura et Thibault ont été très agréables et réactifs, nous reviendrons avec plaisir🤩

This place was beautiful, with enormous quiet garden and a large swimming pool. The house is located on the same property as the main house with the host. Hence, it was very easy to communicate.

Appartement plein de charme et conforme aux photos. Il ne nous a rien manqué et nous avons également trouvé des coussins à changer selon le besoin en réserve. Communication simple, rapide et très claire avec la propriétaire qui habite à l’étage. Emplacement très central pour visiter Reims à pied. Tout petit garage pour la voiture très pratique. L’accès demande un peu d’aisance et pas une trop grosse voiture (voir description de la propriétaire pour les dimensions). Très bon séjour, à recommander.

Beautiful large character house with 2 lounges, excellent kitchen, modern bathrooms. Great garden with views across the valley. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Great for our big family. Too bad there's not a bathroom in the living area: you have to go to a bedroom. Also, it's a 20min drive to go shopping. We went beginning October and it rained practically every day.

Merci à Iteb pour son accueil. Le logement est spacieux, propre, confortable et ultra connecté. L'emplacement piscine et SPA est tout simplement genial, avec écran et projecteur pour regarder un film les pieds dans l'eau. Et le tout 100% privatif. Bref ce logement est une perle rare, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😁

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Ich hatte eine großartige Erfahrung in der Unterkunft bei Sanaa in Créteil! Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann wirklich bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Sanaa achtet sehr auf Sauberkeit und Komfort, was man sofort beim Betreten merkt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich ihre unglaubliche Aufmerksamkeit: Während unseres Aufenthalts war es draußen sehr warm, und Sanaa hat uns ohne zu zögern einen Ventilator besorgt und persönlich vorbeigebracht – das war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und zeigt, wie sehr ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen fünf Sterne sind absolut verdient! Wer eine zuverlässige, saubere und herzlich betreute Unterkunft in der Nähe von Paris sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le logement correspond aux photos, et il est très bien décoré. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du petit jardin à cause des températures un peu froide pour nous. La localisation est idéale pour se rendre à Disney, nous recommanderons à nos proches.

The apartment was lovely, everything perfect. They had thought of everything and left a nice welcome gift and tea and coffee. It was in a very good location near the beach and promenade and not far from the old town and ramparts.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
