Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Charming setting. Romantic and atypical accommodation in the heart of nature. Panoramic view of the Sancy massif on the south side. It is located 1000 m from the church, at the end of the road. Tranquility assured. Virtually no neighbors. (2 seasonal houses.) It's a small 350-year-old buron to which we added a small chalet. Small atypical, unique and charming cottage perched just above the city center of Mont Dore, accessible by an uphill path of about 80 m. Feeling of being immersed in nature, with a beautiful view of the Capucin Mountain… while being less than a 5-min walk to the city center, thermal baths, terraces, shops… It has an equipped kitchen open to a living area with sofa bed, a bathroom and a bedroom. Cleaning, linens and towels included.

About 12 minutes from the Super-Besse resort, you can enjoy the joys of winter sports. The resorts of Mont Dore and Chastreix as well as multiple hiking trails are also close to the chalet.
