Relax at this beautifully remodeled, 3 bedroom 1-1/2 bath year-round cabin, with whole house heat & air conditioning, and knotty pine cabin feel. There is an outdoor fish cleaning area, a freezer for the carcasses, and we are a 5 minute walk to Pymatuning Lake State Park to fish the jetty, rent boats & kayaks or launch your own boat at the Marina. Enjoy the beach area with a playground. The Spillway (where the ducks walk on fish!) is minutes away! House Only, does not include garage or shed.

The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment & comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Located in one of downtown Linesville's historic buildings, you'll be right next door to the pie shop, the diner, the Meadery (honey wine) and other local favorites. This unit faces Erie St. and is the best place to watch any local parade including the Lighted Tractor Parade. We have a lot behind the building for free parking. This apartment is on the 2nd floor so please be prepared for a flight of steps up from street level.

There is plenty of parking for a boat and trailer. The interior is bright and quiet. All rooms are on one floor.
