Our stay at Livingapple was wonderful and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything we needed, even the smallest details! We had the most beautiful and peaceful days. We spent a relaxing two weeks at Salvatore. The house and the furnishings were as described in the advertisement. You need a car to get to a restaurant and do some activities. In the next town, however, there is also a good train connection to go to Rome or Naples. Otherwise, the accommodation is very rural. We were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits from the garden. The pool was great. All in all, we were very satisfied and would recommend this house.

We would like to thank the Fraioli couple for their hospitality. A great place for city brake to ROME or NAPOLI. Peace and quiet.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

When you say the perfect vacation... Here it is!!! Very nice house, tidy, clean and equipped with all comforts. But the icing on the cake was the hosts, Carlos, his wife Silvana and their son Alessandro. Wonderful people, always available. They make guests feel at home. Not only do I recommend it, but we will definitely be back.

Top apartment, fantastic host. Cleanliness, order, flexibility, hospitality. Everything you need for a perfect stay. We will definitely return whenever we have commitments in the area.

If you want a peaceful place to stay away from the touristy crowds, then Villa Salvius is perfect. It's located 5 minutes walk from San Pietro, Scafati station which is on a trainline branch that seemed less busy with tourists, but still easy to get to Pompeii, Herculaneum, & Naples. The area is residential with a good supermarket about a 10 minute walk away with a good selection of groceries. We got some nice cream cakes from İl Boss Delle Torte and had a nice meal at Pizza e Paccheri Evolution. The villa, the huge pool & the BBQ were very clean & we enjoyed the babyfoot table. Although the kitchen is small, it had enough crockery & we cooked several times (a large cupboard in the hallway has additional pots/pans). Everyday, we ate outside either at the huge table in the garden or on the covered terrace/balcony. The views from the garden are beautiful & we watched the sunset over Vesuvius from the garden swing. Angelo was very friendly & responsive & check in/out was very smooth.

I stayed one night with my family, the house was very clean, very tidy. We slept very well. The house has everything you need. The owner is very friendly and coordinates very well.

Super apartment for the 2 of us. Had everything you needed and a few extra supplies to get you going. Close to nice supermarket and metro to Naples. Great quiet area to stay with easy access to all the sites via the metro.

A memorable stay - the views were stunning, and Claudia was a fantastic host. Her communication was warm, clear, and timely throughout. Highly recommended.

Apartment overlooking a terrace and stunning views. Excellent communication with Steffi, then Christian who manages the arrival and stay with efficiency and frank sympathy. he was also able to recommend restaurant addresses, boat tours and small shops. Excellent service. I recommend it. ❤️

Silvana is a wonderful host in many ways. We were welcomed better than at home. We will carry both Silvana and the beautiful quiet town of Conca Casale in our hearts. We will definitely be back. ❤️

Lidia’s house is beautiful, really spacious and cool with stunning views over the bay. There are lots of places to hang out in the garden and it was really well equipped for cooking and serving meals on the terrace. It felt like a proper home and not an anonymous airbnb which so many feel like today. We will definitely return to stay.

The house we stayed in was really comfortable and clean. In addition, we appreciated the fact that, despite being immersed in greenery and far from the city noise, it is no more than 15 minutes from the center of Benevento. As we expected, our experience was pure relaxation in the countryside. Highly recommended.

The house is elegantly furnished, with attention to every detail. Independent in a well-kept courtyard. The spaces are large and the house has all the comforts. The indoor parking is extremely convenient and makes everything easier, also because you can easily get around on foot. We will definitely be back.

Pina is a very welcoming hostess. The house was pico bello. She welcomed us with a homemade cake and the day before departure we also got a delicious dish for dinner. She is caring in the background. The house is a great place to view the surroundings from there: Palace of Caserta, Naples, Pompeii, the Amalfi coast, the island of Procida. In short: highly recommended.

The place was very nice! Francesco was a great host. Met us to check in and explained everything and gave great restaurant recommendations. He was very responsive and helpful during our stay!

Wonderful place - located in the city center close to everything, clean and cozy. Federico was extremely helpful with amazing restaurant and sight seeing recommendations. Plus - the studio has blackout curtains, which was very helpful for getting over jetlag! Highly recommended.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

What a Jem! Harbor front with an absolutely Amazing view. In the Heart of a truly picturesque location. Quiet mornings turn to a bustling restaurant scene at mid day and evenings. Spoilt for choice of great dinning options at your immediate disposal. Or catch an Island boat tour from your doorstep. Very comfortable and sound proof accommodation with an uplifting decor/color scheme & well outfitted kitchen, which is an appreciated find while traveling. Highly recommend!!

We stayed for two nights in Federica's accommodation in Colli a Volturno. House surrounded by nature, a few minutes' drive from the town center and from restaurants and services. Giacomo, who handled the check-in, was very kind to give us advice on what to see in the area and was available. The lake of Castel San Vincenzo is about 15 minutes by car from the house. You can park on the street a few steps from the house. For me, it's a fantastic place to relax and visit the surroundings, go hiking or trekking, and the hosts are keen to make you have a great stay by providing everything you need. We loved the terrace and the family of kittens that practically live in the building opposite. Good value for money in general.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage on a peaceful hill just above the sea. The surroundings are stunning, and it’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature. The house was spotless and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like olive oil, spices, fresh water, and delicious figs from the local garden waiting for us in the fridge. Salvatore and Paola were incredibly kind and attentive hosts—always available if we needed anything, yet respectful of our privacy. Thank you for creating such a beautiful and welcoming place.
