Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Nella casa sono presenti: salotto, cucina, sala da pranzo, quattro camere (due matrimoniali con aria condizionata, una con due letti singoli con aria condizionata e una con letto singolo), oltre a due bagni. Sono disponibili inoltre Wi-Fi e posti auto.

 Posizionato a soli 100 metri dalla Piazza Duomo, l’appartamento è vicinissimo ai principali ristoranti, negozi e gallerie d’arte della città. Il mare e il Parco della Versiliana sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti in bicicletta (fornite gratuitamente per l'intera permanenza - 3 misura da adulto)

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

At the gates of the 5 Terre, out of the confusion of the town center. From our apartment you can enjoy the immensity of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

Depandance La Casina BIanca

Dependance in graziosa villetta a 15 minuti di bici dal mare. A pochi passi vi sono i maggiori servizi, supermercato, negozi , bar e ristoranti. Offro colazione all'italiana. Vi è una cucina esterna che gli ospiti potranno utilizzare. Possibilità di utilizzare due bici. E' un posto tranquillo. All'interno della dependance vi è una cabina armadio, un bagno e un cucinino con macchina del caffè e un piccolo frigorifero. Tengo a precisare che ho due gatti buonissimi.
