The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an old stone house, located in a small town in a hilly area but only 8 km from the city of Lucca, surrounded by a 110 sqm shared panoramic terrace and 1500 meters of land used as a vegetable garden and olive grove. It consists of two large bedrooms with a literally "aerial" view of the plain below and the hills, a sitting area, a large kitchen and a bathroom.
