Summerlane Cottage

ThomasRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a really nice stay at the cottage. It’s in a peaceful countryside spot, surrounded by flowers and nature, which made it a very relaxing place to unwind. The sofa bed in the living room was easy to use and comfortable. We also accidentally left a bag behind, and the host was very helpful and got it back to us quickly. Would happily stay again and recommend to anyone.

The Udder Shed with stunning views.

CathRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Our 4th time at The Udder Shed. We just love it. So peaceful and private. We used it as a work retreat. Great wifi and a table to work at. It really was a perfect chance to focus on some work projects and relax a little. We'll be back.

The School Room

ElizabethRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay at The Schoolhouse, it was super easy to check in. The building has been beautifully renovated and you can see the love and care that was put in to keeping its historical charm. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped, the mezzanine bedroom light and airy with the added luxury of a bath and the bathroom downstairs was bright and clean with a brilliant shower. Croscombe was a delightful little village, with a wide range of local walks, whilst also perfectly located to drive to Bristol, Bath and Cheddar Gorge. Next time we are in the area, we’d love to stay at The Schoolhouse again! Thank you so much Emma for a very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend

The Larder at Long Barn for Glastonbury Festival

RosemarieRating, 5 stars24 months ago
The Larder is an absolute gem! Everything you would want in an English Countryside Cottage. Caroline and Stuart were extremely helpful and hospitable. We stayed for almost a week during Glastonbury festival and they helped sort out parking/road access for us and gave some great tips for our trip to Somerset and surrounding areas. When we got to the Larder, the kitchen was stocked with various foods. The Tesco was nearby so we were also able to stock up on some other things so we could make a lovely breakfast every day. Coming back to the cottage every day after Glastonbury was a blessing. It was so peaceful and waking up to the back garden was an absolute dream. It was extremely easy for us to drive to/from the festival every day and parking super easy to find as well. You’re pretty much parked close to Mary and Matthew’s Gate and some of the festival campsites so the walk back at the end of the night wasn’t bad. We would definitely come back! Loved the Larder!

Walters Cottage

HeatherRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Had a nice peaceful break at this cottage which is surrounded by fields and hills.. Although a little dated it has everything you could want and is very homely. Great place to take up bird watching since so many different varieties visit the garden, eapecially when you feed them!! Would have helped to know that there is a counter top freezer in advance. Would definitely use again.

Wesley House

LukeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Beautiful house inside and out, located in a lovely area. Cannot fault at all. Only fault was the Wi-Fi would not connect to either of our 3x phones. I tried to contact the Host and had no response over the 5days. Poor communications if something more urgent was needed from the host.

The Barn

Excellent barn conversion in a lovely rural setting on the edge of town. Good shops and restaurants within walking distance. Great place to stay as central to most of Somerset's many attractions and places of interest. We really enjoyed our stay.
