Casa etica in Umbria

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Botanica

Botanica è un casale storico tutelato del 1700. Si trova nella fattoria urbana Hortus Artis, in città ma in mezzo al verde, vicinissimo a tutti i servizi; 7 km. dal centro storico di Perugia, 2 km. dalla stazione F.S. Silvestrini, 4 km. dal Minimetrò, adiacente alla ciclopedonale diretta al Lago Trasimeno, che dista 18 km. 4 camere, 8 posti letto, giardino, piscina, parcheggio privato e forno esterno a legna. Possibilità di acquistare olio evo, verdure bio e familiarizzare con i cavalli.
