Quiet house facing the sea

The house is located facing the sea in a holiday residence and close to the village of Piriac de mer (500 m). We can leave the car in the parking space included with the house and do everything on foot. The equipment of the house includes: dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster ...There is also a washing machine in a laundry room where you can store 2 bikes. The terrace is located in the rear of the house, there is a banne and garden furniture. The terrace has direct views to the sea and access to the customs road and the coast (20 m) without road to cross. The coast is made up of small cliffs and beaches. The living room is equipped with a sofa, TV and DVD player. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are equipped with a double bed and there is a toilet on each floor. There is also for babies: 1 bed, 1 bath and a chair. Piriac sur mer is classified as a small city of character. Built with old stone houses, the heart of the village is very charming and leads to the port with crêperies, restaurants and coffee shops. There are 3 markets per week in summer, a grocery store and many shops. Many sites are to visit near Piriac: - Guérande town fortified with character with the entire salty tidal zone. - Le Croisic another village very typical of the coast - La Baule and its huge beach - La Grande Brière marshland area that you can visit by boat with its traditional houses covered in thatch - 1 hour drive, the Gulf of Morbihan to the west and the city of Nantes to the east. Shellfish (oysters, mussels, clams...) can also be fished on the rocks directly in front of the house

On the ground floor: 1 equipped kitchen open to the living room overlooking the terrace and the garden, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom Upstairs: 1 landing serving 2 bedrooms with storage (1 bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed).

Note: the garden is shared. On the ground floor, 1 living room with triple orientation, 2 bay windows with sea view and garden view, integrated kitchen, living room, dining room. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms, a shower room, separate toilet. NB: Linens and towels will be provided. Beds made for check-in.

Le linge de maison est inclus dans la location, et à votre arrivée, les lits sont soigneusement préparés avec des draps frais et des serviettes de bain pour plus de confort.

You are also 800 m from the Port of La Turballe which is the first fishing port of the Pays de Loire... From the terrace of our house, you have a view of the ponds, which are at the bottom of the garden, you can admire egrets... herons... ducks... sacred ibis of the Nile........
