Il est composé d'un salon, d'une cuisine complétement équipée, d'une chambre, salle d'eau douche-WC et d'une belle terrasse avec vue sur mer. Le forfait ménage est de 40 euros. Les serviettes de bain sont intégrées dans le forfait. Pour l'option drap il faudra voir directement avec le service de conciergerie qui s'occupe de la location.
