The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, the living room has a wide sofa bed, 2 spare mattresses in the storage room and a crib for the smallest. Thanks to the cooling air conditioning, the apartment can be kept pleasantly cool even in the summer heat. There is a great restaurant in the same building and many good places to eat nearby. Theaters, movies, concert halls, swimming pool, bowling alley, Metso library next door, Särkänniemi and Nokia Arena within walking distance. Train and bus stations are a 15-minute walk or a few minutes by tram.

Welcome to the wonderful Viinikka in Tampere! The Viinikka area is an idyllic museum-protected wooden house area, right on the outskirts of the city center. The train station and Stockmann are 1.5 km away. In the courtyard, it is wonderful to drink morning coffee with a view of the apple orchard or to relax with a book. The house is a 100-year-old red log house that has recently been renovated to meet modern needs. However, the old spirit has been respected and preserved. Good connections to the city center, the university and the Nokia Arena, which is about 10 minutes' walk. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a place for you who love the atmosphere of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in the shell of an old house, I recommend choosing a hotel.

Unique apartment in old wooden house right next to the city center! There is a 15min walk to the railway station and to the city center. 2km from the Särkänniemi amusement park! Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and very atmospheric sauna! Cozy living room is equipped with 65" smart-TV (free guest Netflix!). This is our home and we rent it when we are away. We do have a cat and a dog so if you are highly allergic this is not a place for you! There are steep stairs to the downstairs.

My place is an atmospheric old vintage cottage on top of a scenic ridge. You can spend time in your own yard with a terrace and a barbecue canopy. Kitchen, living room and indoor toilet. The outbuilding has a wood-burning sauna with a shower area, there is no separate bathroom. The sauna room has 2 single beds. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air heat pumps + in winter with a pot oven. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and mini oven. Pets are welcome.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. The motorway is only 10 minutes to Tampere city center, as well as Tampere Exhibition and Sports Center and Ideaparkki 5 minutes. There are two car parking spaces with posts in the yard, one of which is in the shed. Lockable outdoor storage in connection with the apartment.
