The house has one room with a built-in bunk beds and a fold-out couch (1.20 x 1.90). A baby travel bed incl. Bedding can be provided. The bathroom has a power shower. In the house there is a small kitchenette. There is a zweiflammiges induction field. In addition, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. On the street in front of our house you will find free parking. From our house you are with the car in 10 minutes in the city center. Train and bus, which also drive to the city center and the main train station, walk in Reichl. 5 minutes. Also, the TU-terrain is easily accessible by us by bus or tram. For Haltepkt Plauen you go 500 meters. Bakeries, are also open on Sundays, discounters, etc., can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes by car two or three Fahrminuten. Super Italian, Turkish, Greek restaurants are located nearby. Not far from there is a very good cafe with tasty Eis. In front of our house is the park "Hoher Stein". The Erzgebirge is ideal for skiing, sledding and hiking. The Saxon Switzerland can be reached by car in twenty minutes. In a short time we are also in Pillnitz, Radebeul, Moritzburg or Meissen.

Our house is a 270-year-old timber-framed house that we have lovingly renovated and remodeled. As far as possible, we have preserved or restored the old wooden floorboards or wooden framework. Small, cozy apartment with large natural garden located on the south side of Königstein Fortress. The apartment can be used for up to 4 people. In the house there is a fireplace for the cool days and in the garden you can barbecue or simply enjoy the great starry sky at night. There are plenty of climbing and hiking opportunities in the area. It should be noted that there is no wifi in the cottage.
