This charming 1932-built home in the heart of Sineu is a true oasis, blending authentic character with modern comforts. Full of antiques, it offers a spacious retreat with a sun-drenched terrace, lush orchard, petit fish pond, refreshing pool, garage, and ping-pong table. Sineu is a gem, home to great restaurants, cosy cafés, and unique shops. With an hourly train to Palma until 22:30, you can explore the island while enjoying this beautiful town’s peace and charm away from crowds.

The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).
