Waterfront holiday rentals in Pla de Mallorca

Such a great location, although there was a lot of people in the area, once the doors were closed it was very quiet. Easy walking to everywhere and amazing dining options. Free parking everywhere

We felt very welcomed by Sergio. Excellent location right by a beach. Old charm condo but squeaky clean, well stocked, and very comfy. Washer and dryer available. 2 of the bedrooms don’t have AC but my parents and kids didn’t seem to mind so just turn fan on full blast. Loved the location with lots to do near by

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Nähe zum Strand und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Host, stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns gut erholen und haben uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt. Gerne kommen wir wieder einmal zurück.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Alles war wie auf den Bildern – besonders die Terrasse mit Lounge und Liegestühlen war ein Highlight mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer. Morgens konnten wir dort den Sonnenaufgang geniessen. Umfassende Ausstattung: Klapptisch, Stühle, Nespresso-Kapselmaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und genügend Frotteewäsche. Salz, Olivenöl und Balsamico-Essig waren vorhanden. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Der Wohnraum ist zwar klein, aber gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Da wir sowieso die meiste Zeit draussen auf der Terrasse verbracht haben, war das kein Problem. Die Lounge bietet trotz einsehbarem Garten vom Bürgersteig aus gute Privatsphäre. Die Kommunikation mit Ivan war freundlich und problemlos – spätestens nach drei Stunden hatten wir eine Antwort. Besonders nett: Wir durften früher einchecken. Wir würden jederzeit Wiederkommen!

excelente el apartamento!! la vista es un espectáculo, todo super limpio, la cama muy cómoda y te dan toallas para la playa. el lugar es muy tranquilo y con un montón de servicios cerca, la playa enfrente muy bonita. Pasamos hermoso!

We had the most wonderful time! The apartment is adorable, located easily to the main promenade and stunning views. It suited us perfectly and Magda thoughtfully added essentials we appreciate (plenty of clean towels, coffee, water, extra toiletries). Everything was clean and the room super quiet. Our only feedback is the mattress is quite soft, but we still slept very well. 10/10

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft! Der Ausblick war atemberaubend. Wir waren drei Tage dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Inigo war ein großartiger Gastgeber – er hat sehr schnell geantwortet und war stets freundlich. Der Aufenthaltsraum und das Bad sind eher klein. Mich hat das nicht gestört, aber mein Ehemann, der groß und etwas breiter ist, hatte damit ein paar Schwierigkeiten. Die Klimaanlage könnte mal erneuert werden – sie ist auf dem Balkon ziemlich laut, wenn sie eingeschaltet ist. Wenn ihr abends gut essen gehen und etwas unternehmen möchtet, empfehlen wir, ein Auto zu mieten. So erreicht man alles bequem und flexibel. Zu schicken Restaurants braucht man mit dem Auto etwa 10 bis 20 Minuten. Wir ziehen keinen Stern ab, da der Ort und der Ausblick einfach wunderschön waren. The apartment was clean and tidy and matched the description. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. It was great that all the rooms had aircon, however it was a little loud at night. What really makes this place stand out is the location and the fantastic view. You are 30 seconds from everything that Port de Pollenca has to offer. It is really worth getting up for sunrise and doing the Pine walk followed by a morning swim! We would definitely stay here again, the only thing I can suggest is that the apartment would benefit from some more utensils/ equipment.

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft, nette Hosts, super Lage! :)

wir waren rund um begeistert von dem Haus und der Gegend. Ein sehr schönes und gut eingerichtetes Haus auch ideal mit Kindern. Der Pool und die wunderschöne Bucht, ist ideal zum entspannen und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auch der Gastgeber ist sehr ein Herzens Mensch und würden Ihnen wie auch das Haus sofort weiterempfehlen. Der Preis für diese Unterkunft ist komplett gerechtfertigt. das einzige, was man bedenken muss, ist der hohe Preis für die Endreinigung wie auch für den Stromverbrauch. Wir danken unserem Gastgeber sehr und wenn wir das nächste mal auf Mallorca sind, würden wir jederzeit wieder zu ihm und in ein schönes Haus reisen.

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison familiale et paisible en bord de mer, bien équipée, nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour profiter de notre séjour. Il y a une très jolie plage à 5 minutes à pieds de la maison. Maria est très réactive afin que tout se passe au mieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

A fantastic holiday in a breathtaking location. The photos don’t do it justice. The warm feel of a family holiday home with lots of space and stunning views in all weathers. The house was clean and we loved the fact that the pool was salt water rather than chlorinated. We’d love to go back.

Casa Sunada was comfortable, clean, close to beaches, and a perfect spot to explore the area from. We felt right at home! The washer and dryer were easy to use and very welcomed in the middle of a 2 week trip to clean our clothes and reset a bit. We made dinner in the kitchen - it’s small but well equipped and has everything you need. There are great restaurants just a walk away and lovely beaches.

Carmen’s House was amazing. We really had fun staying and the interiors were stunning. Would recommend her place to anyone because the location is so close to the pretty beaches in the island. We would definitely come back again and stay longer next time :).

Emilio's apartment was wonderful. Its location on the seafront with beautiful views and a small beach with shallow waters for swimming couldn't have been more perfect. The apartment is peaceful, private and has everything you could need. Emilio and his brother Enric are warm, helpful and generous hosts. Thank you!

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Aussicht! Besonders gefallen hat uns die private Terrasse auf der 2. Etage sowie der Zugang zum Meer. Hier auf den Felsen lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten und man kann sich sonnen und picknicken. Die Bäder sind sehr neu und super schön! Die Möbel im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind zwar nicht super modern, aber trotzdem sauber und gemütlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I absolutely loved my stay. It was everything I needed… a quiet place right by the sea where I would swim daily and paddle board. A great space for anyone who’s active but also an artist/ writer. The town is so lovely and ebbs and flows with story. I even extended my stay I loved it so much. Highly recommend! Thank you!!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Logement très agréable : belle vue, cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle, piscine commune très agréable, communication avec l'hôte très satisfaisante Quelques points négatifs : les ventilateurs de plafond des chambres ne sont pas très efficaces et nous avons donc un peu souffert de la chaleur. Il y a une belle vue de la terrasse par contre malheureusement en juin nous ne pouvons pas voir le couché de soleil depuis le balcon (il faut marcher 2-3 minutes). De plus, le sol du balcon est collant (je suppose que c'est dû à des résidus de colle d'un précédent revêtement). Enfin, la plage la plus proche est à 15 minutes à pieds.

The home is spacious and very well appointed and supplied. The view from the terrace is unmatched. An extra bonus is the garden above the main level in the back of the property. The private parking space was an extra benefit, even though getting in and out of it could be a little tricky

Nos ha encantado el apartamento y está muy bien ubicado (al lado de la playa y del puerto). La comunicación tanto con Maxim como con su hijo ha sido excelente. Repetiremos.
