Appartement de 40 m2, entièrement rénové et décoré avec goût , très calme dans un immeuble de charactère à deux pas de la Bastille. A proximité ( 5 minutes à pied ) de la Place des Vosges, du Marais et des quais de Seine. A 50 metres de la station de Metro ( 3 lignes : 1 - 5 et 8 ). A la fois central avec la proximité des bars etrestaurants ainsi que les commerces du Marche d’Aligre, cinémas, l’appartement est au calme absolu, donnant sur une cour verdoyante. Au 3eme étage sans ascenseur.

Enjoy my 23 m2 studio, on the 7th floor with elevator of a charming art deco building, quiet and secure (intercom and guardian). Very bright, cozy and fully equipped, it is conveniently located opposite the Opéra Bastille, with views of the rooftops of Paris, and a 10-minute walk to Gare de Lyon. Numerous shops, restaurants, bars and public transport are accessible at the foot of the building. Sheets and towels are provided. Coffee and tea available. High-speed WiFi.

Paris center, charming 2 rooms. Very confortable.

You will be in the heart of Paris, in a nice 2 rooms of 41 m2, recently renovated, comfortable and very well equipped. You will appreciate the calm of the street, yet located in a trendy and lively area. On the 5th floor with elevator. You will enjoy a large sofa, a very comfortable king size bed and will spend peaceful nights to then start new visits. 3 minutes walk from the Bastille square, 10 minutes from the Seine, the Vosges square and the Saint-Louis island.
