Enjoy a pleasant stay in Paris while the pace and relax after each typical day in a cosy apartement. The area is very well served by bus and etro. Artist duplex in Paris city center

I am renting my 40m2 cosy duplex apartment located 3min walk from Gare de Lyon. It is in the 12th arrondissement, very close to Bastille, the Coulée Verte, the Aligre market and the Marais district. 5th floor & NO ELEVATOR. The apartment is clean, well decorated, very bright and quiet. It has Wifi connection, a full equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a working space area. A delicious boulangerie is located at the foot of the building and supermarkets, cinemas and bars are just 5 min away.

25 m2 apartment located on the first floor of a house on Rue Crémieux. Rue Crémieux is a pleasant and colorful pedestrian street. The apartment is very bright. It is composed of 2 rooms and has 3 large windows. It can accommodate up to 4 people. However, there is no door between the living room and the bedroom. It is located on the first floor without elevator access. On the ground floor is an orthoptic office that is open during the day.

Beautiful 484 sq. ft. apartment nestled in the heart of Paris. Superbly decorated, bright, comfortable and extremely well located in the Bastille area. You will benefit from a convivial living room with dynamic colors, as well as a very nice, completely equipped, American kitchen! Accommodation located on the ground floor of a charming peaceful courtyard, in a very nice and quiet building in the heart of the 11th arrondissement of Paris, very well served by the multitude of metro lines and other transport. Please note, no oven (Microwave, electric stove, pots, plates and cutlery available.), no washing machine (self-service laundry 7/7 at 120 meters).
