Profitez d’un bel appartement pour séjourner en plein centre de Paris. Juste à côté de la place de la Bastille, proche des commerces, des restaurants et des bars. Station proximité : Bastille, Gare de Lyon, Sully Morland Ligne : 1, 5, 7, 8, 14, RER A et D Le mieux est de longer le port de l’Arsenal, traverser l’île Saint-Louis, voir Notre-Dame et visiter le Centre Pompidou. I am renting my 40m2 cosy duplex apartment located 3min walk from Gare de Lyon. It is in the 12th arrondissement, very close to Bastille, the Coulée Verte, the Aligre market and the Marais district. 5th floor & NO ELEVATOR. The apartment is clean, well decorated, very bright and quiet. It has Wifi connection, a full equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a working space area. A delicious boulangerie is located at the foot of the building and supermarkets, cinemas and bars are just 5 min away.

Très lumineux, cosy et entièrement équipé, il est idéalement situé face à l'Opéra Bastille, avec vue sur les toits de Paris, et à 10 minutes à pied de la Gare de Lyon. Logement situé au rez-de-chaussée d'une charmante cour paisible, d'un très bel et calme immeuble en plein cœur du 11eme arrondissement parisien, très bien desservi par la multitude de lignes de métro et autres transports. Attention, pas de four (Micro- onde, plaques électrique, casseroles ,assiettes et couverts dispo.), pas de machine a laver (laverie en libre service 7/7 a 120 mètres) .
