Located close to Canal Saint-Martin, Place de la République and Le Marais, the neighborhood is full of restaurants, hipster shops and nightlife, all close to metro lines that will allow you to explore the city. 3 minute walk to the Republique metro station and its many lines serving Paris.

Charming artist's loft on the top floor of an historic building from 1611. The loft is an open space with kitchen, dining, sleeping, working and relaxing spaces. Very high ceilings, lots of light and quiet. Separated by a semi-private courtyard (shared with one neighbor) from one of the main streets running the length of the Marais, steps away from the cafés, restaurants, shops and markets of the rue de Bretagne, the Carreaux de Temple and the public garden of the Square du Temple.

Georges Braque's Studio

A real artist's studio, inhabited by the painter Georges Braque in 1911, on a small street that starts in Pigalle. The workshop, located on the 2nd floor, is now completely renovated, comfortable, very well equipped, 4m high under the ceiling, bright, the bay windows open onto the courtyard, paved and wooded with magnolias and roses. Time is suspended, the calm, the softness of the light, the famous workshops of the Montmartre hill, in the heart of Pigalle.

In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm. Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Quiet but in the heart of a shopping and very lively area. Ideal starting point to visit Paris or to work. Bed linen and towels provided.
