Due to the size, my apartment is best for 1-2 people without a lot of luggage. I can’t make it any more clear how small this apartment is. So please do not book this if you value lots of space. The value is in the location. Easy self check-in (I allow early check in the day of arrival ok). Strict check out time. No luggage storage.

And with an easy access to all transportation. The loft itself is situated in a courtyard of a magnificent (and very quiet) building belonging to Paris's heritage. Louvre Museum is very close by.

Georges Braque's Studio

A real artist's studio, inhabited by the painter Georges Braque in 1911, on a small street that starts in Pigalle. The workshop, located on the 2nd floor, is now completely renovated, comfortable, very well equipped, 4m high under the ceiling, bright, the bay windows open onto the courtyard, paved and wooded with magnolias and roses. Time is suspended, the calm, the softness of the light, the famous workshops of the Montmartre hill, in the heart of Pigalle.

In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm. Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.

Lovely loft in Pantin

The idea for the construction of this apartment is based on the ecological principle and the best possible quality. For the health and well-being of its occupants. The materials used are natural, wood, metal, wood wool for insulation and organic paints. Some of the materials have been recovered and restored, oak beams, doors and radiators among others.

Mini loft in the center of Paris

Former Parisian carpentry located at the back of quiet courtyard, completely renovated. We wanted to keep the soul of this place. That's why we kept original bricks there, moreover as you can see the decoration is deliberately made of raw materials in order to recall the artisanal past of the place. We hope that you will feel good about that.
