Monthly Rentals in Placida

This place was perfection! If you have kids, they will be in heaven! The pool was warm and many pool toys were provided. There were tons of sand and beach toys as well, which made for a fun trip! The kayaks were great and the location is wonderful. The surprise great part was Nick next door, who gave great recommendations and made us feel like part of the neighborhood. The house had a well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, and plenty of amenities. I couldn’t recommend more, this is a must stay if you are in the area!

Returning visitors here. Perfect, yet again. Beautiful spot for a peaceful getaway. Everything you need is there. We love our daily bike rides to and from the beach. The house is immaculate and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone in a second. We will probably be back again!

We staying for 6 days to do some tarpon fishing. The house was spotless when we showed up. Mike is super responsive! I would highly recommend this house as we will be staying here again. Pool was great! House was perfectly stocked.

This condo had everything we needed and more! When we walked in, everything was so nice and clean. It is so tastefully decorated. The natural lighting is wonderful. It had everything there that we needed and everything had a place. The location is great! It’s easy to get to and not far from all the places we wanted to go. The condo is located in a nice quiet area. I loved having close parking. My kids loved the heated pool as well. They even included beach towels for us to use. We enjoyed visiting the local beaches and looking for sharks teeth. Thanks for including a rake for us to use to find so many! What a wonderful addition! The washer and dryer also came in super handy for us. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We also appreciated the nice plush bath towels. We even had fun things to do when we chose to stay in. There were fun boards games, puzzles, and even books to read. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for a great stay!
