This stay was perfect both from the point of view of the house, which is very well-equipped and lovely, and for communication with Emilie which was extremely pleasant! We'll be happy to go back!

Karyn‘s place is just beautiful. We had a lovely stay at the charming, calm and authentic landaise villa. We had all we needed just a couple of minutes walking including some great surf. The outdoor shower is a huge plus. 100% recommended for up to 6 persons. Communication with Karyn was totally easy and very friendly.

If you are looking for a perfect retreat, this is the place for you, as it is located near Les Bourdaines. Together with our dog, we spent 9 days in this great apartment. It impresses with a very appealing interior (exactly as in the pictures), a very comfortable bed and a beautiful outdoor area with a view of the pine forest in front of it. We would particularly like to emphasize the cleanliness, the good and high-quality kitchen equipment and the good service from Guillaume.

The location is great, the apartment is very nicely decorated and practical. We can recommend the place 100%. The only downside is that it doesn't have a lockable room.

The perfect place to spend a few days on the coast, in a setting with crazy charm. We are delighted to have found this Landes gem, and had a hard time leaving it. The accommodation has everything you need, and is perfectly located, in the middle of the golf course, close (car or bike) to the lake and the ocean. David and his wife were very available, from the reservation until our departure. They are charming, pleasant, and attentive to their tenants. We would recommend it in a second.

Teddy's house is great, nothing is missing, exceptional. Very clean and very bright, spacious, in line with all my expectations. I highly recommend this person and his property. I would keep this beautiful address. Go there, it's great.

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of the bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good starting point to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

And if you love to cook this kitchen is top notch, including a Falcon cooker (if you know, you know!!) A short walk to the beach Very quiet street if you're looking for peace of mind on your holidays. Antoine is a great host and very proactive in communication. Flexible check-in and check-out (when possible of course!) I'll be back Antoine!!

Peaceful location, super comfy bed and the accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos. Ideal for exploring the region with a car and would recommend.

Very cozy, modern and consistent in every way with the photos. The location is an asset, with the proximity of the lake, shops and the beach. Perfect bedding. And the best part, a garage with a very steep slope (be careful). Too bad the cleaning is extra, but especially very expensive. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

A really relaxed and beautiful accommodation where you can feel very comfortable. The terrace is a big plus. Pierre was always very easy to reach and helpful... A few more towels would have been nice. There was only 1 towel per person, which is a bit scarce. There was also only one kitchen towel... a little scarce for a longer stay But all in all a very good accommodation with top price/performance ratio

We had a very nice stay, the terrace is really beautiful with its view of the port. The place is quiet and close to many restaurants as well as the city center of Hossegor. Hosts are very responsive.

Very nice apartment located in a beautiful residential area surrounded by pine trees, quiet, while being close enough to the ocean to be able to walk there. Private parking space right next to the accommodation, very convenient. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The terrace is large and very pleasant.
