We LOVED our stay here!!! Everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. The bed was super comfortable and they went over and above with the little touches like welcome box, great coffee, yummy jam options etc etc. It was also perfect location so close to everything and the instructions of where to park and helpful tips was amazing. Thanks for such an amazing experience :)

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Cute place in a great location with a nice terrace overlooking the sea. It's on the 6th floor so there's little noise on the street. Just behind the train, it doesn't bother you. The beaches in front of the house were not yet equipped but in the house we found umbrella and mats that were useful to us. Comfortable bed, sofa bed too, maybe more than the bed. Despite being small there is enough space.

Our stay at Clive and Lily’s studio in Cannes was amazing, the highlight was the view from the balcony. The location was ideal and the hosts were very responsive and helpful, highly recommend and already booked our next stay!

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

An amazing space! Etienne was very communicative and welcomed us on time. Space is in a very ideal location located right on the promenade within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Furniture was clean. Bathroom was pristine; everything worked well. Would recommend staying here on your visit to Cannes.

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

A huge thank you for a wonderful stay! The apartment is a real little corner of paradise: facing the sea, quiet, beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. Everything is designed to make you feel good... and it's a success! Parking space is a real plus too. A big thank you also for your warm welcome and kindness — it makes all the difference and really touched us. We leave rested, smiling... and a little sad to have to leave this little piece of happiness. Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

Very comfortable accommodation. From the truth it is nicer than the photos. Small, perfect for a couple 2 up to 3 people if family. There were three of us, the little girl was very happy.

The space was very tidy. Low, very close to the beach, which was a big plus. Otherwise, good accommodation with a very helpful host!

Our time at the villa in Les Issambres was peaceful and relaxing. We spent time outside and often prepared our own meals in the very well equipped kitchen. The open design really highlighted the gorgeous view and provided an atmosphere of spaciousness. And the pool was a daily treat. Laura, our local host provided prompt and responsive service -from helping us book massages to making an extra trip when we needed more toilet paper.

Daisy and her dad George were great. Communication was easy and prompt and everything was lovely. The apartment was very comfortable and bright, with an amazing sea view, and well equipped. If you leave the window/door open during the night it gets a bit noisy, but if you don't mind air conditioning, you can close the slide door and then you don't hear anything at all. There is underground parking provided. The beach is just across the road, and it took us about 20 walking into the city. Check-out also worked well. Thank you to Daisy and George!

We had such a wonderful stay here in Cannes. Ghislaine (and team) is extremely responsive and kind. The apartment had absolutely everything for my family (soaps in the bathroom, coffee and tea, umbrellas, A/C, etc) which made staying here an extremely pleasurable experience. In combination with an unreal view, central yet peaceful location- I couldn’t recommend this place enough! If you get the chance, definitely book this place!!

Good location with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance , making things even easy we usually uber in all the necessary items for our stay, Tina has been very responsive and helpful during our stayed . If you need to accommodation for 10 persons and above , here is the best choice .

Michael was friendly and professional. He was accommodating with an early check in which was much appreciated, and showed me around the apartment. It is in a great location to be able to walk to the festival site or to the beach. Lovely to be able to sit on the terrace and enjoy the sunshine. Many thanks for a wonderful stay, Ita

Everything was just like in the photos. The view is perfect. I wasn't bothered by the size of the apartment, because it's well designed and homely..We knew it was on the 5th floor, so we were prepared for that, luckily the staircase is very tidy. We felt good, it's a pleasant place.

Fabulous in every way! Great location, magnificent views, well stocked kitchen and super responsive host. Looking forward to returning next year!
