The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved that we could walk to downtown Takoma Park.

Challenging vacation with kids not able to come at last minute, death of a pet of the grandkids that did come with late night trip to take them home. The saving grace was the cozy comfort of sitting on the deck watching the water, the stresses and sorrow melting away and happy stories about the loss of a loved kitty.

We had a wonderful stay at the Gettysburg Retreat! We loved that we were in walking distance to so many historical landmarks and sightseeing activities. The home was very cozy and perfect to relax in after a day of exploring! We highly recommend this home for a trip to Gettysburg!

Was upset at first because they informed us the day of our arrival that the hottub broke but they were very caring and accommodated us for it and took action to fix it right away. The only thing is make sure you bring extra supplies like garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. as they only supply one of each. Also lots of geese droppings walking down to water but goes with being on a lake. Make sure you check your GPS settings so it doesn't take you backroads, learned that one. No garage so vehicle gets very hot, sunshade helps and deck is hot, no umbrella for shade to sit out at table. Overall beautiful place and Gunner was pleasant and pleasure to deal with any issues we had.

Lirio Woods was a great stay for my boyfriend and me! We appreciated the little details (i.e., pre-filled ice cube trays, laundry basket, room heaters, dryer balls for your down jackets, extra/sorted firewood, recycling bins, marked/lit parking space, etc.) that made the trip more comfortable and convenient. There were lots of helpful info cards for the amenities. The fireplace was already set up the night we checked into the stay. Although it only has a kitchenette, there were enough appliances and kitchenware to make meals and reheat leftovers--induction burner and toaster oven came in handy. The place was in a quiet location away from road noise but easy to venture into nearby towns. Thank you so much, Katie, for hosting us! I can't say enough about how amazing Breeches Pocket is! It's an absolutely gorgeous home--well appointed, abundantly equipped, and located on a beautiful property. We felt so at home in the comfortable, immaculate house and loved the eclectic combination of antiques and modern amenities. The book collection is stellar, and the scrapbook detailing the house's history really made us appreciate the house even more. Every detail has been well considered, from the linens to the kitchen supplies to the artwork. The bathrooms are excellent in all ways--clean and new. The outdoor spaces are peaceful and spacious, with trees all around. The house is even more beautiful than the listing shows and clearly has been a labor of love. Christine and Bill were so friendly and welcoming. Having grown up in the Catoctin Mountains, I loved finding a home away from home for family visits. We will be back, and we highly recommend this beautiful spot!

This was my second time to stay at Pilot Cove this year and I will be back. The cabins are conveniently located and have everything you need. The minimal design is appealing as well. Great place to stay!

This location was absolutely amazing! Nestled in a quiet, family-oriented community, it was the perfect escape. The home itself was beautifully decorated—every furniture piece and detail felt intentional and well put together. We had a wonderful stay, the house was perfect. The location being tucked in the woods while still next to the lake is unbeatable. Hottub is a plus and having a dedicated boat dock made for a great week at the lake. Would definitely go back.

Really enjoyed the cabin. Couch beds were uncomfortable but i made it work. I will probably stay again.

Has a private valentines getaway and it was perfect! The house is very cute and looks even better than the photos! It snowed while we were there and it looked amazing. Restaurants are about 10-20 minutes away so plan accordingly. We went to Kimu and it was delicious. The home is very cozy and perfect for 2-4 people.

Thank you for sharing your property with us. We loved the peacefulness and just what we needed for a weekend reset. We will definitely be back when we make it back to the area.

Rob and Brenda’s place was the perfect place to stay for a downtown KC getaway. You can’t beat the location, and the views from the apartment are great. Although check in was somewhat complicated (like any downtown apartment would be), Brenda and Rob had very clear instructions with photos so we were able to get in seamlessly. Would stay here again!

The Lilac Lodge was definitely a great place to stay. My wife and kids have never been to the lake before so we found this great little place right on the lake in the Camdenton area. Perfect spot for our family of 4. The kids had their own room with bunk beds and loved swimming off the boat slip. We were able to rent a boat from Lake Runners who will actually bring the boat to you and pick it up. Great little coves to anchor down and swim in every direction. Just 30 minutes from Osage beach and the other attractions. Would definitely come back!!

I appreciated the prompt and thorough communication. The house was very clean and bright. The screened-in porch and river view were probably the favorite features.

Shelly's shouse is the perfect place to stay when in Lebanon, MO. This was our 3rd time staying there. We come from Colorado to meet our friends from Indiana for the Route 66 Festival each year. The shouse is so clean and comfortable and set on a beautiful acreage. It is very comfortable for 4 adults. Shelly is a fabulous host sending messages for both check-in and check-out. She also quickly answers any questions you may have during the stay. We'll be back the next time our travels bring us to Lebanon, MO.

This was our second time staying with Miriam. It was a little out of our way this time but it felt so worth the trip cause of how nice this stay was. We loved the space both times we stayed, and the host was very responsive and nice. The kitchen has everything you need and the garage was so convenient!

A cabin tucked away in the woods, the sound of the river, peace and quiet… doesn’t that sound like the perfect vacation? This place is absolutely beautiful — you can read a book by the river, listen to the birds, go fishing, take long walks, or warm up by the fire. The cabin itself is lovely: clean, cozy, and full of charm. In a world of constant media noise, endless notifications, and mindless scrolling, we can’t recommend this kind of nature escape enough. We’re so grateful — this was exactly what we needed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
