My apartment is located in the Pernety district - 10 minutes' walk to Montparnasse train station. Lively, warm, family-friendly, typical neighborhood, with many varied restaurants and bars. Close to all shops. Spacious and bright, old-fashioned charm with its beautiful exposed beams, it consists of a large bedroom – with plenty of storage – and a large living room. Small well-equipped kitchen; there is also a bathroom with bathtub. Pernety metro station (line 13) is 2 minutes away.

The bedroom features a spacious bed with a light-colored patterned duvet, flanked by two bedside tables. Each table is topped with a lamp, enhancing the room's bright and airy feel. A framed artwork and minimalist decor complete the serene environment.

The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.
