Welcome to our romantic, peaceful studio in the historic centre of Paris, minutes away from the Catacombs and on the metro line 4, running directly to the city's top tourist attractions (Latin quarter 9 mins, Notre Dame 12 mins...). Located in a typically Parisian street with wonderful local shops and 3 minutes' walk from rue Daguerre's excellent restaurants. The studio is 5th floor, no lift. Bed size is 140cm, with a luxury, pocket-sprung mattress and pure cotton and/or linen bedding.

Quiet traditional Parisian apartment in a 19th Century dressed stone building and street on 5th floor with elevator : double living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen (dish washer and washing machine/dryer), balcony and private underground parkplace (4 minutes on foot). I furnished and decorated it with love, including paintings. In a neighbourhood vibrant of shops and restaurants, it is 2 minutes on foot from the Metro, from which all Paris must-sees are within a 13-30 minute range.

Studio with Parisian charm (parquet, moldings, fireplace) refurbished and located on a very quiet street, on the 4th floor (no elevator) without vis-à-vis, with views of the zinc roofs! All shops (bakeries, market gardeners, supermarket, butcher, restaurants, pharmacy, market) are a few meters away (Didot village). Bus 58 to 50m, Tram T3 to 400m, metros 4 and 13 to 10 min on foot. Montparnasse is a 15 minute walk away. The studio is adjoining our apartment, but has a separate entrance.
