Close to all shops. Spacious and bright, old-fashioned charm with its beautiful exposed beams, it consists of a large bedroom – with plenty of storage – and a large living room. Small well-equipped kitchen; there is also a bathroom with bathtub. Pernety metro station (line 13) is 2 minutes away.
