Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Plaka, Athens

Nice place for 3 people in a central and safe area. Bathroom was quite small but sufficient and as described. Host was very friendly and accomodating.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The patio and privacy were great. The neighborhood is walkable, safe, and relatively quiet. The host provided detailed instructions and was very responsive even late into the evening. Two different train stations are both short walks and there are ample coffee shops and bakeries along the way. Five stars, would love to be a guest here when I return to Athens.

Exceeded my expectations! We wanted to stay somewhere close but not in the tourist hub. This place felt like a locals home, the highlight being the balcony where we could relax with this view. Everything was spotless clean, and a 15 minute walk to the acropolis. Athanasia was super lovely and her place made our trip to Athens one of our favourite!

The host was very helpful and attentive and replied quickly when I reached out. Everything was as expected. Thank you so much for everything!

This was my first time in Athens and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s close enough to all the touristy places (5-10 min walk to most places) and further away from them to enjoy the reallly cool bars/ restaurants that the urban locals frequent. The atmosphere was just amazing!!! Dora was responsive and the place was clean. Check out The Makers (for delicious coffee) and Isandsia around the corner.

We stayed at the apartment for an entire week and felt very comfortable. It is a small apartment near the train station Metaxourgeio and you can be everywhere quickly by subway as well as on foot. The area is very authentic and there are shops, cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The roof terrace is super big and beautiful. The father of Νίκος welcomed us in a very friendly way and explained everything.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

An amazing and beautiful apartment — my wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was perfect, and Anastasia was such a kind and accommodating host. She even let us stay a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!
