Sie suchen das etwas besondere Apartment in sehr ruhiger, sonniger Lage mit einzigartiger Aussicht auf die Dolomiten? Dennoch ist der Ortskern in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Im Sommer starten direkt vor der Haustür Wanderwege. Im Winter befindet sich die Skibushaltestelle nur wenige Meter von der Haustür entfernt. Das Apartment ist mit Massivholzmöbeln, angefertigt von einheimischen Tischlern ausgestattet und bietet sämtlichen Comfort. Für Apreskiliebhaber ist das Apartment nicht geeignet.

La casa Vergissmeinnicht a conduzione familiare, e dista 1 km dal centro di Selva Gardena da raggiungere comodamente con il bus gratuito oppure a piedi in 15 min. In estate la posizione è vantaggiosa visto che la zona del Sassolungo e dell Alpe di Siusi sono facilmente raggiungibili. In inverno partendo con gli sci ai piedi si arriva direttamente sulla pista Sasslong B del Ciampinoi collegata al comprensorio del Sella Ronda. Un cordiale benvenuto a tutti famiglie e anche motociclisti.

L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. "La casa dei cuori" è un grande appartamento di 150 mq interamente in legno di montagna. Ospita fino a 8 persone (sei adulti e due ragazzi). E' costituito da una sala, una Stube, una cucina abitabile, una camera da letto matrimoniale e tre camere da letto con letti singoli. Ci sono tre bagni, di cui uno, con idromassaggio, è all'interno della camera da letto matrimoniale. Sono inoltre presenti due terrazze con vista sul Sasslong. Imposta di soggiorno pari a 1,45 euro per persona per notte.

You will also find a community ski depot and one reserved outdoor parking space.
