Πραγματικά το σπίτι είναι μια διόροφη μεζονέτα από τις δυο που υπάρχουν σε οικόπεδο 1200 τ.μ με πολύ πράσινο και πισίνα.Βρίσκεται σε ωραία τοποθεσία 300 μόλις μέτρα από μια υπέροχη παραλία σπίτι απέχει περίπου 800 μέτρα από το κέντρο του κοσμοπολίτικου Πλαταμώνα.Υπάρχουν πολλά αξιοθέατα να δείτε εκεί κοντά όπως αρχαιολογικούς χώρους,παραδοσιακά χωριά παραθαλάσσια και ορεινά στον Όλυμπο το βουνό των θεών.

Στο ισόγειο της έπαυλης βρίσκεται ο εν λόγω χώρος 60 τ.μ,δύο υπνοδωμάτια (1 ιδιωτικό και ένα κοινόχρηστο), κουζίνα, καθιστικό, τουαλέτα, ιδιωτική βεράντα και πάρκινγκ.Η οργάνωση είναι κατάλληλη για να φιλοξενήσει από 2-4 άτομα. The house is on the ground floor of the residence and is located between Mount Olympus and the Aegean Sea. It is autonomous, spacious, cool and comfortable. It consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large living room and kitchen with refrigerator, oven, coffee maker and all the necessary equipment. You can also use the outdoor shower and barbecue. The house is located about 10 minutes walk from the beach (800m) and 12 minutes from the city center (900m).
