Wonderful, accommodating, great location and beautiful grounds.

We had a great time and would recommend this flat and Miguel as a host. A nice location just at the beach with kitesurfing opportunities directly at your house. Very quiet, which is a big advantage of being located a bit outside the area of Alcúdia (so a car or bicycle is recommended to make most of the gorgeous surroundings). We loved this place as a starting point for cycling as well. The flat is as beautiful as on the pictures seen already. We’d love to come back one day!

The stay in the apartment was great. Everything was as described. You can go from the apartment to the beach or to the next places by bus.Antoni is a very nice host and was always available. Thanks for the stay Antoni :)

Great place to stay. Big and a lovely garden area. Can easily walk to restaurants etc. beach right across the road (stone beach) but a sand beach a few 100m up the road with nice kids playgrounds etc too. Seems to be a cycling Mecca with lots and lots of riders coming past the house along the beach road - was quite fun people watching. Would happily recommend this place to others :)

Our stay at Marga's was really great. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Everything is clean and tidy. The location is excellent and you have the beach, restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance. Parking spaces are also always within a few blocks. The equipment is top and there was really nothing missing. We will definitely come back. Gracias!

Hello!! Communication with Rafael and Elena is excellent. When the date of the stay arrived, they sent me the precise information to get to the place. Including maps and photos. Which was extremely useful to us! Check-in was very easy. What I have to say about the apartment is all nice things, since it shows that it is made with a lot of love, in each of its details, everything combines with everything. In fact, they welcome you with a tray full of treats for the soul... chocolates, cookies, juice and even wine! The rooms are very comfortable, especially the bedrooms, which each have a storage place. A laundry room that makes the stay much easier, a spacious and complete kitchen, the ideal living room for everyone to be comfortable, a balcony terrace, where unique moments are shared, the exit to the beach, directly from the complex, is a pleasure and the best of the best...the view it offers of the Alcudia beach from all the rooms!! If you seek Peace, it is there!Have I found my place in the world?

This was a great place for the two of us to stay for a long weekend break. The apartment had everything we needed, and the huge balcony allowed us to live outdoors when the weather allowed. That outside space is what elevates this apartment to the "special find" category. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the lift shaft can be heard in the apartment, but once the main evening traffic quietens down, this is less of a problem, and this won't stop us booking this place again for our next Mallorca holiday. Special thanks to Isaac who was the most responsive and helpful host I've ever stayed with.

Our stay was incredible. We had everything we could possibly need and were pleased to find the house with more space than expected. The location can not be described. Peaceful. Views i couldn't imagine right from the balcony. Gloria had quick and friendly communication throughout. Close to hikes and ocean. Will stand out as the most magical stay in all of our travels. Highly highly recommend!!

Had a lovely stay with 3 girl friends. The beach was so close and it was beautiful to wake up and walk there under 5 minutes every day. The hosts were great in answering any questions we had. Highly recommend.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had a great stay at Justo’s place and Justo was an amazing host. He regularly checked in on us and also provided some great local tips. The place was very cute and nicely decorated, a perfect home base for our trip to Mallorca. It had all the amenities we needed including dishwasher and a washing machine. We had to find a place last minute to stay as our felt through and I cannot say how lucky we were to find this place. extremely clean and probably one of the best AIRBNB we have stayed -we travel a lot-. They go above and beyond to provide everything you need. the location is amazing. our favorite beach was less than 10 minute car ride. we had a problem with the remote of one of the bedrooms AC units and the owner came right away to provide a new one. Juan, also, was very patient with me as I didn't read all the check in instructions accurately 🙃 and he was on the phone with us answering all our questions even after hours. The place not only is extremely clean, very well restocked of plates, cups, kitchen utensils, pans, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lots of very helpful small appliances, hangers for your clothes, but also located in an amazing spot. you can see the best sunsets and sunrises. We cannot recommend this place more.

I have never had such an incredible airbnb before. You directly feel home and the entire area outside is hudge!! Perfect for family’s and friends. Thanks for everything!

We loved ever second at Xescas flat!! The view is just unbeatable! We felt right at home and the location is perfect for people who are looking for silence! Xesca was caring and loving!

This property is excellent we were adults 3 & stayed for 5 nights. Every little detail had been thought of & the property was spotless on arrival. Antoni was the perfect host very quick to respond. Excellent bed linen & towels even beach towels provided. Beautiful equipped kitchen we made the most of the coffee machine & wonderful to have the water dispenser & 20 litres of water at no extra cost. The pool was great & wonderful to have a choice of places to sit & sunbath in private. Short walk to beach & restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

Our stay with Pedro was absolutely fantastic! He is an incredibly friendly and attentive host who went above and beyond to make our trip special. Pedro was a lifesaver, helping us organize a memorable birthday party at Tobogan. His communication was excellent; he was always quick to respond and checked in on us often to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was perfect, stocked with all the essentials and in a brilliant location just a short walk from the beach and public transport. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

José is a very kind and helpful host: we had a few small problems and he always tried to help us promptly. The apartment is nice and modern, a 5-minute walk from a magnificent beach and with ample parking.

Host was really good, easy to talk to and very direct. Apartment is on a really good spot aswell!
