Andrés is a knowledgeable and very warm host! He was immediately available for questions. The house and the entire complex are very well maintained and clean. And also beautiful. In short, we loved it all!

We were 5 people in the accommodation for a week and we liked it very much. Miquel and his father were very nice, we got a great briefing and also the fruit that was provided upon our arrival made us very happy as well as the Mallorcan cake we got. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is really nothing missing here. The outdoor seating area is very cozy, we really sat here every evening. On the recommendation of Miquel's father, we visited the restaurant in St. Magdalena and were very enthusiastic. The proximity to the city of Inca ensures that there are enough shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity and due to the central location we were able to explore the island very well. With two small cars (Fiat 500 and Seat Ibiza) we could easily park in the driveway. We can definitely recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back. Thanks a lot!

Theresa and her husband welcomed us very hospitably. We were welcome even before the formal check in time. Theresa was always quick to respond to any questions . We were welcomed with delicious Mallorcan specialities.

The finca is super beautiful. The hosts are warm, easily accessible and have an open ear. We had a wonderful relaxing time and would come back immediately. However, my friend drove the big rental car (Opel Combo) the way to the finca. The road is not for the faint of heart. With a normal car (no station wagon or SUV) it should be quite easy. Everything is feasible, just slow and attentive. Arta is a 20-minute walk away. The small shops invite you to stroll around and there are 46 restaurants to try out. My family and I spent 9 top days in this house. It was truly a great time! Valeria was incredibly helpful and was always ready to answer all our questions. She came to welcome us on arrival and made sure everything was perfect. At the end of our stay, she came to say hello again in person, which we really appreciated. A nice example of the care and attention we received: we needed a bed for our son, and the same day the owners, a couple, came by to place the bed in his room. These kind of small gestures made our stay extra special. All in all this is highly recommended, and we will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

It was our second time staying here. We love this place! The house is perfect for a big group (we were 6 adults, 2 kids and a newborn). The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor kitchen area is great too. We appreciated the quiet area, the patio and the pool. It's great that there are mosquito nets at all bedroom windows as well as AC to cool down the bedrooms before going to bed. During the night we didn't need AC because it's so quiet outside you can sleep with open windows. The beach is 10 minutes away by car and it was not problem to find free parking close to the beach. The communication with Marga & Toni was super easy and we were able to check in by ourselves. We received detailed information on how to find the house, check in as well as recommendations a couple of days before our arrival.

We had an absolutely amazing family time at this family-friendly villa. It is so well considered when it comes to keeping the little ones entertained - pool, football pitch, table tennis, pool table and basketball. Spacious and pristine, inside and out. It was absolutely as described and Maria was an absolute dream of a host - always on hand to offer assistance when needed. Sac the dog was a bonus, too, became part of the family for the week. All in all, I cannot rate this place highly enough. It's nicely tucked out of the way, but really close to 'civilisation'. Top-notch stuff. Will be back! Thank you foe everything, Maria & family.

Really nice house with lots of room for all of us (we were 10 people). We were especially happy with the pool in the garden, the ping-pong table and the pool table as well as the large and well-equipped kitchen. There was only a short walk to the sea where we had morning bathing every day while we enjoyed the sunrise. Cute and welcoming hosts. Recommended.

We had a fabulous 10 night stay at this beautiful villa. We were close enough to beaches and shops to make daily trips out, with Alcudia only being less than 20 minutes away. We throughly enjoyed the peace and quiet in the beautiful setting. Having fruit trees,pigs and chickens were a bonus and would love to stay here again in the future.

Amazing host, great communication. Villa was actually bigger than pictures showed. Swimming pool was a perfect size, mountains view and sunsets were amazing. I highly recommend to stay in this property we definitely will be coming back.

Great house with a great view and it had everything we needed for our stay (7ppl on a golftrip). Matias was always easy to communicate with and he even gave us recommendation where to book shuttle service as we were a larger group. Flexible with check in and check out which was much appreciated. I can recommend the house if you want a spacious place in a calm area but still close to everything Palma has to offer.

We stayed here for the Ironman 70.3 happening in Alcudia and it was the best decision, perfect location to race start, very comfy and beautiful house, with everything you need to cook dinner and barbecues and enjoy beautiful nights in Mallorca.

We had a family vacation. We loved it. It turned out so our flight was delayed, but the hosts waited for us even though we arrived quite late. The place was clean and prepared for us and the hosts are nice and genuine people. It is also worth noting the presence of a smart cat, which added to our experience at home even more. Recommended.

We had a very nice stay. The house is spacious. You can always find a great place outside and the area is pleasantly quiet. Nevertheless, you can easily walk to the city and to the beach. We will be happy to come back here.

We had a great stay here, the lake view is beautiful and it's very close to the beach. The place is very clean and equiped with everything to feel like home. The garden is impecable, we spent most of our time there barbequing and watching our toddler run around. Raquel was very responsive. I would stay here again, I highly recommend for families with children.

We stayed at Pablo's place with four adults and one small child (20 months). We've been quite happy with the place. The location is nice, a quiet neighbourhood, but within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house itself provides everything you need, though you could feel some equipment has seen better days. We were especially happy to have a fence for the pool and a safety bar for the chairs, both made it much easier with our little one. On top, Pablo's communication was always kind and very responsive. Whenever there was an issue, he quickly sorted it out. All in all, we very much appreciated staying at this place!
