Our group had a wonderful time. The barn loft accommodations were cozy & everything was well thought out for guests staying. We had wonderful weather & spend the entire day at the swimming pond. It was great for our girls trip & I can say my kids would have loved it as well.

Most idealic place we stayed during our road trip. The couch in the back to watch the sunset is fantastic. Genuinely a unique experience. Would stay again if we are in the area

We needed a place to get off the road on short notice and we were fortunate to find this beautiful historic place to lay our heads. Kari was friendly and her inn was well appointed. I wish we had time to examine all the historical info and visit the beer barn. We had a peaceful quiet night.

Kari was great. let me know she was out of town but she would be returning that evening I checked in. communicated about the property and was super helpful. the price was great... a single room with a jacuzzi tub... definitely worth the price and when I head to that part of the state in the future will definitely stay with Kari again!

We had a wonderful time at Linda's little piece of heaven. We caught some really nice bass and had a lot of fun fishing off the new dock. We enjoyed petting the horses through the fence, since Linda wasn't home, and can't wait to go back and ride next time!

My partner and I had a wonderful experience staying here. The farm was exactly what we needed for our little get-away. Stievenson Farm is definitely a place I would be listing again when I need another break from the city. Tamra was so helpful when she would pop around and the instructions were very simple and easy to understand. We especially enjoyed the company of Rodie and Bentley (animals). This was our second stay at Acorn Cabin and we loved it again! Kim is a wonderful host and has made a very comfortable, clean and peaceful cabin. So many helpful and cute details like fresh flowers, blankets, labels on things in the house, kitchen and bathroom items/extras and local recommendations. Wi-Fi works great. We love the sheep as well! 5+ star review and we’ll be back again!

The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! They had a lot of games to play, good TV, and the shuffle board was fun! This is a great place to have your whole family stay! We were in town for my oldest son’s wedding and it was perfect for my whole family to stay in and spend extra time together! Made our whole experience even better! 💕

The condo was furnished nicely and was very clean. Loved that Blessed had a full size crib for my infant! We needed some wine glasses and she was quick to bring some over. Plenty of towels, linens and toilet paper. We will stay here again!

Such beautiful and quiet scenery. Simple and cute for a night stay. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching deer in the field. If you are looking for a relaxing space this is it!

What a wonderful, unique place to stay! Great care and attention have been paid to every detail. We thoroughly enjoyed doing the scavenger hunt activity in the guest book, which has interesting info about various farm tools, then you find where in the home/barn they have been repurposed. We were amazed by the creativity that went into repurposing all of the items! Additionally, everything felt sparkling clean, which I think is an amazing feat, given the rustic nature of the decor. The location was peaceful and relaxing, and there were books, magazines, and games to occupy the kids when they weren't outside swinging or finding dandelions to make wishes on. Patrick was a great host and very responsive with his communication. We highly recommend staying here, and we look forward to returning!

Place was very unique and relaxing

Excellent Airbnb for a large family gathering, especially with kids! Kitchen + house had everything we could need plus toys and activities for kiddos. Best part was the backyard space with 1/2 basketball court, yard games + toys, fire pit, and lake access with kayaking and paddle boarding! Nearby beaches, splash pad, pioneer museum, and little brown church also provided nice activities. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!

I couldn't have picked a better Airbnb for my husband to stay while on the road for work. Rose has been a blessing to our lives. Her place is the perfect home away from home. Rose was amazing to my husband and myself when I went to visit. The place is so peaceful and nice to get out of the hustle of traffic. We will continue to stay at Rose's as well as keep in touch with her. Such a wonderful woman! Thank you Rose for taking such good care of your renters.

Amazing place to stay. Though its only 20 mins from downtown, this is as a close as anything to being out in the boonies and we loved every second of it

So happy we decided to stay here. Great place to stay. Kids and I really enjoyed it. Not sure if it’s possible or makes sense, given it’s primarily a wedding venue versus an apartment, but a little area with a tv and sofa/futon would have been nice helping get kids wound down for bed. Overall we really loved the place. There were so many unique special touches that made us smile. Plenty of space and restrooms. Kids LOVED climbing the ladder to their bedroom. They also had fun just being in the country. By the trees and pond. :) Great barn. Clean and charming. We’ll be back. Thank you so much!

Yes - it IS rustic as the title suggests, but also very nice and peaceful. We found that navigating gravel roads for the last couple of miles was part of the fun on this trip (we're city folks), and once there, the guesthouse was very clean and came equipped with everything we needed.

The Barn House was in a beautiful location and it housed all 15 of us very comfortably. Very clean. No complaints whatsoever. Also, Gerarda was very friendly while also maintaining privacy. 10/10 experience.

We had wonderful stay this weekend in Dubuque. The restored barn and outdoor settings are even better than the pictures. It is clear a lot of time and care went into restoring the place for a comfortable and relaxing get away. Our hosts were accessible and great at communicating our arrival and check out.

Remote location with a nice yard deck to sit outside. Mark was very responsive when we had questions. Place was very clean. Kitchen was a little small for cooking for a bigger group, but it was still a perfect place for a group bachelor party.

This house was absolutely perfect for our little family get away that we had planned. Jana is the perfect host ! We will definitely be back !
