The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and lovingly decorated, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. With the aim of maintaining its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen living room. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and lounging area.

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six guests. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. New family apartment, very comfortable and less than 100 meters from the beach. Access is easy, only two very small flights of stairs, it is almost a ground floor. King size beds of 180x200 cm so that rest is assured. The whole house has exterior windows that ensure good ventilation and sunlight. Less than 50 meters away there is a bus stop, pharmacy, bank, supermarket, restaurants and the promenade by the sea.

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But you can't see anything of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. By car, you can also quickly change the "chip". 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
