El apartamento de 50 metros se distribuye en dos dormitorios, salon-cocina, baño completo y dos terrazas. El dormitorio principal cuenta con dos camas individuales de 1,05 por 2 m., dispone de armario, zapatera y cómoda con cajones. Da acceso a una pequeña terraza. El segundo dormitorio dispone de una cama doble de 1,50 por 2m. y un escritorio desde donde puede ver mientras descansa la zona de piscina y solárium. El salón dispone de un sofá de cuatro plazas convertible en cama de 1,50 por 2m, Tv de 32 pulgadas con smart Tv. Acceso a la terraza desde el salón donde podrá disfrutar de impresionantes amaneceres y desde no sólo podrá ver el mar sino también escucharlo. La cocina está totalmente equipada con frigorífico combi, placa de inducción de cuatro fuegos, microondas y pequeños electrodomésticos como exprimidor, batidora, tostadora, hervidor, plancha para asar y menaje de cocina. El baño dispone de plato de ducha grande y lavadora. Puede usar también a través de un módico precio la secadora comunitaria. El complejo dispone de dos piscinas, una para adultos con cuatro hamacas de jacuzzi en su interior y otra pequeña para niños con todos los sistemas de seguridad, tambien dispone de aseos en la piscina. Por otro lado el clima templado y la agradable temperatura del agua de baño(entre los 18 grados de los meses de invierno y los 22 del resto del año) permite que las playas puedan ser disfrutadas todo el año.
