La casa, es una vivienda típica canaria con más de 200 años de antigüedad, que ha sido restaurada en estos últimos años y decorada con mucho cariño, dándole un aspecto juvenil y moderno. Mantiene la estructura original de la época, cuando las casas tenían habitaciones que daban a un patio. Con el objetivo de mantener su valor histórico,en cada una de ellas hemos habilitado el baño, el dormitorio y salón cocina. Se encuentra en la localidad de San Agustín a solo 200 metros a pie de la Playa de Las Burras. Mediante un relajante paseo puede acceder a la Playa de Las Burras o Playa del Inglés con sus respectivos Beach Clubs dónde relajarse con buena gastronomía o un aperitivo y disfrutar del excelente clima de la Isla. Además tiene el Centro Comercial San Agustín a 2 minutos a pie con multitud de restaurantes de conocida fama , locales para tomar algo, tiendas, supermercados y paradas de bus y taxi.

El alpendre entre palmeras

Antiguo alpendre recientemente transformado para su uso residencial en Santa Lucía de Tirajana. El alpendre era la casa de los animales. Los más apreciados y difíciles de sostener eran las vacas . Solía haber dos por propiedad. La parte de la vacas es ahora el salón comedor y cocina. Las cabras y la burra se alojaban en las otras dependencias que hoy día son los dormitorios, y el baño actual era el lugar donde se depositaba la hierba del resto del día, ya que se solía coger por la mañana .
