Leave sliding doors open and let gentle breezes circulate through a chic, cozy space. Grab a towel and sunbathe by a sky-blue swimming pool or at one of the nearby white sand or natural beaches. Expect a comfortable bed in an air conditioned bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and amenities like a washing machine, satellite televisions, beach towels and internet.

Be among the first to enjoy this beautiful apartment in the heart of an authentic Canarian town, right next to the beach, in the immediate vicinity of the best restaurants, sea-side bars and shopping options. The apartment is located on the second floor of a small building with lift, in the first line. It is strictly non-smoking, maximum of 3 guests!

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and lovingly decorated, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. With the aim of maintaining its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen living room. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and lounging area.

Casa Catina

Casa Catina is located in the village of Huerta del Barranco, in the natural park of Tejeda, Gran Canaria. The village has recently been nominated by “(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)” as the first of the seven rural wonders of Spain. With its volcanic scenery, the impressive nearby rock faces Bentaiga and Nublo, and many different varieties of subtropical plants, it benefits from a truly unique natural setting, ideal for relaxing and for many outdoor activities.

Patalavaca-Panorama-Sol-Mar-Clima. Just to feel

En complejo pequeño y muy tranquilo. Espectaculares vistas al mar, atardeceres inolvidables, y la montaña. Piscina climatizada. Caminando a 10-15´esta la playa de Patalavaca, a la que se puede acceder por via de escaleras o por la avenida los Guaires, y a 20´ caminando esta el centro de ocio de Anfi del Mar, donde se pueden practicar deportes acuaticos. Hay rutas para senderismo y ciclismo, por ejemplo, a Soria, a Roque Nublo, etc

The apartment is located right in the middle of two beaches, Las Marañuelas and Costa Alegre. It is in a quiet and central pedestrian area where you can find all kinds of services: restaurants, cafeteria, hairdressers, supermarket, pharmacy, medical center, ATMs, bus stop, taxi, bicycle rental and all the services you may need. You have an avenue to walk, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, with Mount Teide in the background.
