Monthly Rentals in Playa de Punta Umbría

A wonderful spacious quiet home from home, with a lovely gated garden. we arrived off season which is anytime before mid June so the pool wasn't accessible. We had a wonderful time ate every evening in the garden watching the birds and later bats flying about. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. for example a bottle of olive oil which was great. it's about 15 mins walk to the bus station but at certain times of the day the bus stops near the house. we would definitely stay again.

Great from start to finish. I have not seen a better equipped apartment, very comfortable beds, spectacular views, a plus to have parking. At all times, indications and attention from M Luisa and Javier. We went with a 5-month-old baby and it had a cot and bathtub for him. Two elevators and the beach just a stone's throw away. We ate out and did not use the kitchen, washing machine or dishwasher, but it is luxuriously equipped and everything is clean. The welcome details are very complete, including oil, salt, milk, cookies, some drinks, etc. The apartment with total privacy, corner and an excellent coolness. I really have no words to say all the good things about the place that we hope to repeat. Everything M Luisa says in the ad is real, multiplied by 10. Thanks again

The house was as described in the ad, communication with Luis the owner was good, he was very kind, the accommodation is 5 minutes from the street with the town's bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from the beach, the location was perfect.

We felt at home, Ana's apartment is super cozy and very well equipped, with many amenities. The location is great, next to the port and the restaurant area, and the beach is 10 minutes away. Ana was super attentive and approachable, ready to answer any questions we might have.
