Elegant 1-bedroom apartment with a large lovely south facing terrace and wonderful ocean views at Monte Rojo complex, quietly located just above San Agustin shopping center and within a 5-minute walk to the beach. This spacious apartment has a living area of 48 sq. meters as well as a large terrace of 20 sq. meters, offering 2 sunbeds, magnificent ocean views and sun all day long. Guests have free access to a beautiful pool area with a heated pool (15x25 m), children's pool and pool bar.

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.
