Excellent Host! Beautiful apartment with amazing sea views. Lots to do and everything outside of San Augustin is only a bus ride away. Very responsive host with very helpful recommendations! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a easy stress free holiday.

All went well and like expected the place is near shopping area where you can also find plenty of restaurants. The apartment is exactly like it was showing online. I recommend this place.

We (couple, 63 years old) spent a total of 11 nights in Maria's "paradise" in May 2025 and felt very comfortable. The small apartment is very tastefully furnished and offers complete amenities. From the towels to the bed linen to the coffee machine, everything was there and in really good quality. Particularly noteworthy is the comfortable (albeit rather narrow) bed and the excellent pillows. The absolute highlight is of course the huge roof terrace with a phenomenal view of the mountains and the sea. There, too, everything you could wish for was available in furniture...including comfortable upholstery.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The view is great and the apartment has everything you need. It's about a 15-minute walk to the beach. This is no problem downhill on the way out, but the way back is a bit strenuous. The beach itself is really great, but very crowded on weekends - during the week you have your peace and quiet there. There are some good restaurants nearby, e.g. Milo San or Palm Garden. The complex and the apartment are now a bit outdated, but for the price this is a fair deal.

We stayed in this apartment for 5 weeks. It is as described. Beautiful sea views with stunning sunsets. The area, the beaches are excellent and we had good weather every day. Sven and Barbora were attentive and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend them. We'll be happy to come back if we stay in Gran Canaria again. Paolo and Loredana

Isabel & Richard are very welcoming, we had a great Apartment, it is well equipped everything you need is there. You have good parking for the car, the pool is very nice. I can fully recommend this accomodation and its hosts. Communication in advance was good and they had plenty of advice. We will try to come back.

This house really was a little paradise, no kidding🥹 I think the best airbnb of our life. The position in gran canaria is unique, up on a beautiful and not crowded beach, so relaxing. You have everything you need in the kitchen, very near pharmacy and market, parking, and is possible to reach maspalomas in some minutes by car. The little balcony and patio on the sea are perfect to relax, showering, read, yoga.. hope to come back asap and thanks virginia for the kindness and support in everything!

a truly perfect accommodation. very large house with a large terrace, equipped with everything, 2! bathrooms, quiet surroundings, not far into the center - also by public transport, safe neighborhood, great location, also supermarket bakery restaurant and cafes within walking distance, very warm hosts, fantastic views. everything was even better than expected, we had a wonderful relaxing vacation and this accommodation simply helped to enjoy this island! Overall a very nice accommodation with a very, very helpful agent, who was still very easy and quickly accessible even on her own vacation and gave us many very helpful tips. But I have to make two small additions: 1. At the time of our presence, there was a construction site on site with a slightly louder noise level on some days, so we were woken up by construction site noise on several days in the morning. This is certainly not a problem for early risers, as the work didn't start until around 8am. In the evening we always had our peace and were able to enjoy the view of the sea. 2. Tip to both the landlord and future visitors: since the Wi-Fi signal is only strong on the ground floor, hardly reaches the first floor and does not reach at all to the second floor, I recommend the landlord here to refresh and take visitors, if necessary, a repeater with you. But overall a really great place to stay - thank you so much

The place was as described. Water and smaller snacks were also available upon arrival. The panoramic view up to the dunes was fascinating. We were able to park our rental car at any time without any problems. Parking was always plenty available. We can recommend the apartment without reservation and will be happy to come back for our next stay.

Everything has been spotless. Communication with Alicia, the stay. Everything has been as expected. The modern apartment, with everything you need to be comfortable. The area is very quiet, and you can easily find a place to park your car nearby. The community's facilities are impeccable, with direct access to the beach. Nothing to complain about. We'll be back for sure!

Thank you Sandro. We have just spent a perfect week here. It’s in a superb location, close to everything you could need. Shops, restaurants, buses, taxis, the harbour and of course the beautiful beach. Swim early to get it all to yourself (nearly). Will definitely book again if we return to Puerto de Mogan any time soon. The apartment itself is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Oh and let’s not forget the roof terrace which is absolutely perfect for eating, drinking, or simply lounge around 😍

It was an amazing stay, the place was perfect. Cozy, clean, tidy, as in the photos and in addition, the host Cristina was attentive at all times to our needs.

Loved staying at this property. Monica was very helpful and the property was clean and perfectly located. Highly recommend staying here - it's quiet and really easy to access San Agustin and Maspalomas either by bus, car or foot. If you're active, the run to Maspalomas is around 4 miles all along the coastal path.

Blanca was a great host. second bedroom very noisy but it was ok for kids. area is very quiet in May, some restaurants close by but good walk to get to busier areas. beautiful beach, easy parking and some restaurants close by.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment, with amazing views. if you enjoy the sound of waves then this place is for you. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, even picking us up from the airport upon arrival. For us this was heaven and we definitely recommend.
