Ample parking, private security, excellent maintenance of the green areas, common areas and the apartment is all very new. Excellent attention from Michelle.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The place was well kept and incredibly clean. The kitchen had everything to be able to make breakfasts before we went out for the day. But if you are not in the mood for that I highly recommend Nita’s coffee right next door to the condo on 911. (There is a little trail to the left of the building). The best meal we had in Potrero was at ‘Reparito house’. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! All around great service, drinks, food, and desserts. (I’m still thinking of the tres leche cake). The best traditional Costa Rican food was at ‘Restaurants Arenas’ just a block from the condo. Swim at playa Potrero but don’t miss the walk up the beach to Las Brisas for a chili guarro shot and the swim at playa la pencha. The sunset catamaran tour with lazy lizard is worth every dollar. We felt incredibly safe our whole time here. We even saw monkeys napping in the trees above the parking area our last day. You better book this place right now before I do again.

David runs his business just like I do. It’s very simple honestly and integrity! You can believe everything he says in his ad. More importantly he stands behind everything he says or does. We had an incredible time staying there and can’t believe how inexpensive it was. You would be hard pressed to find nicer for twice the price. To give you an example of how he stands behind everything. He recommended a tour operator who was not exactly forthright. This was certainly not David’s fault but he came over immediately and without hesitation to refund my money. I really didn’t wanna take it from him since I felt it was not his responsibility, but he would not have it any other way. Just goes to show his integrity!!! His recommendations on restaurants was exceptional! You will never go wrong dealing with a man that has this much honor.

We appreciated Lyndsey’s hosting and her place! It was absolutely beautiful, and she made us feel welcome and at home! If you’re heading to Costa Rica, we definitely recommend this unique spot!
