Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Playacar

Loved this place! The instructions to get into the community were a little confusing but we were able to work it out okay. The community is beautiful and they have decorated the apartment gorgeously! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer and use all of the amenities! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We loved staying at Dmitri's place! its situated in a complex of condos within a private estate, the whole area is incredibly safe and we felt more than safe walking round at night. the airbnb was nicer than a hotel, large, spacious, clean, towels on hand and the patio leads right out to the pool. the pool was huge and had a swim up bar which we LOVED. Felt so much nicer than an all inclusive resort. the pool has plenty of deck chairs and is generally very quiet. it's a 30 minute walk to the town which we loved exploring in the evening would 10/10 recommend to a friend and stay here again if we came back :)

Patricia's home was just so beautiful and comfortable. You could tell that this had been someone's home vs an empty soulless airbnb. It had just about every utensil or supplies that you could need. The beds were comfortable and the communication top notch. They were very responsive and the home was located a 7 minute drive from the popular 5th avenue area. It was amazing for me. I had a rental car so loved the gated community and safety of the building. Came home at all times of the night and never felt unsafe. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. The property is beautiful and the pool is great. Highlight is lounging in the hammock over the water. Place was super clean and having 2 king beds is fantastic. Host was great with providing instructions. 15 minute walk to the closest beach and also 15 minute walk to the end of famous 5th avenue. An OXXO across the street with a few eateries, and the pool bar has a little cafe with snacks you can buy. Definitely recommend!

Stay here! Carlos is immediately responsive and accommodating. The building is safe and the apt: squeaky clean, quiet and comfy with all the amenities + breathtaking views from the rooftop pool. Located in one of the nicest spots in Playa and completely accessible to everything by foot. Really great experience!

Vous cherchez un appartement tout confort et près de tout à Playa del Carmen?C’est chez Andres que vous trouverez votre bonheur . L’appartement est propre ,neuf,la climatisation fonctionne super bien,le bâtiment est sécurisé de jour comme de nuit et il y a un parking sous terrain. L’immeuble est proche d’un supermarché très agréable avec de bons produits,restaurants juste quelques pas (nourriture rapide ,ou à emporter ou de bons restaurants. La quinta avenida est a ,à peine 5 minutes pieds. On a adoré notre séjour, sans parler des piscines incroyables sur le toit !Ambiance chill avec un bar et snack. Les piscines sont très propres et grandes,chacun aura sa place. Bref un séjour de rêve grâce à Andres et Roberto qui répondent toujours présents et rapidement. m Merci pour tout !

Great place. Right off 5th Ave and you can walk to all the places, including Mamita's Beach Club. This is not a street-facing unit, and the main entrance door opens into the balcony of the apt, which is an odd concept, but the inside is excellent and updated.

Maria is a wonderful host and her condo is very comfortable and clean. The bakery across the street was delicious and we also enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Otherwise we walked about 15 min to the tourist area which had so many choices for food! We also walked to Sams Club (taxi back) for food cooked at the Air bnb. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The pool was very nice and lying in a hammock in the pool heavenly! Highly recommend!

This place was just like home and I would rebook it if I had to go back again. Everything was perfect. Its closer to most nearby attractions.

Muy buena ubicación! el lugar muy agradable y comodo, buen servicio al cliente por parte de la recepción, perfecto si buscas algo cerca de la quinta avenida y el ferry a Cozumel pero en una zona tranquila, cerca de restaurantes. la azotea tiene una bonita vista.

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

Balam was very responsive and helpful with any questions including transportation to and from the airport! The property was clean and updated, in a secure location, walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and beaches. The only reason I selected a "4" for location was due to loud singing late night and dogs barking late night and early morning which limited us sleeping as a family. If you don't mind the noise and stay up late, than I would say all was perfect and as described.

O espaço fica dentro de Playacar. O prédio e suas amenidades são impecáveis. Decoração do apartamento de muito bom gosto. Piscina ótima. Natureza exuberante. Voltaria com toda certeza.

La casa esta simplemente hermosa, tiene todas las amenidades y herramientas para pasarla en familia, amplia, limpia y muy bien cuidada. Las atenciones de Ana fueron muy buenas, siempre pendiente y con buenas recomendaciones. La ubicación muy buena, zona bonita, el residencial muy tranquilo y sobre todo seguro. Mi descripción en 3 palabras, hermoso, seguro y tranquilo.

Ame la atención de los anfitriones, me salvaron de no pasar la noche en el carro junto con 7 jovencitas, el Airbnb que rente para mis vacaciones nos hizo pasar un mal momento y tuvimos que dejarlo, contacte a los anfitriones en altas horas de la noche y fueron accesibles y rápidos nos facilitaron todo para habitar el departamento en menos de 10 min 🤗 fueron ángeles para nosotros, el lugar es cómodo seguro y con indicaciones súper claras y precisas, están en contacto y disponibles siempre, los recomiendo 100%

From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort throughout our stay. Their communication was clear and timely, always making sure we had all the necessary information before our arrival. I was especially impressed by how they helped me bring my vision for my best friend’s bachelorette celebration to life. From connecting me with the concierge service, “Local Bird,” to offering tips on how to set up decorations and even suggesting the perfect areas in the home for our in home group massages, and welcoming our private chef, they made every detail seamless. Every host I had the pleasure of dealing with was polite, incredibly kind, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. They were always just a message or call away, and their dedication truly made our stay special. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, it was a dream come true! 🙏🏽🥹💕

Maison bien équipée et spacieuse, dans un secteur paisible et sécuritaire, avec bonne connexion Internet et à distance raisonnable de marche pour faire l’épicerie. Je la recommande vivement. L’hôte était réceptif et répondait rapidement à nos messages. Il nous a trouvé 2 parcs de bébé. Les lits étaient confortables. La piscine à 2 niveaux était à proximité et idéale pour nos enfants. Durant notre séjour de 3 sem., nous avons utilisé les services de Maria, la femme de ménage. Elle a fait un excellent travail autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Nous avons utilisé la carte d’accès au Reef Club mais je ne le conseille pas si vous avez de jeunes enfants. Le resort est loin (30 min) et petit, sans attrait pour les enfants. Pour boire ou manger, il faut acheter un livret de coupons à 100 US qu’il faut dépenser le jour même. Nous avons préféré acheter des DayPass au Iberostar situé à 10 min. Seule déception, nous étions loin de tout... loin de la 5e avenue, des restos et de la plage.

Recomendable 100%. Tal y como lo mencionan en su publicación, se esfuerzan hasta el más mínimo detalle en que todo este bien y limpio. Fuimos 6 adultos y 2 menores y estuvimos bastante cómodos, todos los servicios sin ninguna falla, y la zona muy tranquila. La alberca les encanto a mis sobrinos e instalaciones en gral siempre iluminadas y limpias. Solo si te hospedas ahí es recomendable rentar auto, pero a 5 min tienes absolutamente todo.
