Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Playacar

The apartment is beautiful! There were five of us and we would've still had plenty of room with six people. We loved having a balcony, a living room, and a big TV. It was also nice to have three bedrooms and two bathrooms for the group. We only cooked breakfast in the house but there were plenty of plates and silverware. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight! There is plenty of free parking both on the street and in the garage. It is about a fifteen minute walk from the beach, which was fine with us. The air conditioning worked well. This apartment was well worth the price and I highly encourage people seeking an easy stay in Playa del Carmen to book it.

The location is perfect, great restaurants all around, 2 blocks from 5 avenue,definitely ill come back !!

Excellent value for money, you get much more than you would at places much more expensive. The location is excellent (hypermarket across the street, many good places to eat right by, and the center is a 5 minute walk). Also the apartment is on the side of the building further away from the main street. The apartment itself is like in the pictures, small, but has everything 1 or 2 people need. The pools were great and there was always a spot for a chair to sunbathe. Finally, and most importantly, Norman was excellent in communication, always responding. Overall, I highly recommend.

Es segunda vez que me hospedo en el condominio y primera vez en su apartamento. En gral me encanta el condo porque tiene de todo, está en una ubicación muy estratégica cerca de supermercados, restaurantes, casas de cambio y farmacias. El apt es limpio, igual a las fotos y tiene lo necesario. Lo único que puede agregar es tener un sartén más pero en si eso no cambia que el lugar es cómodo y muy bueno para quedarse. Recomendado. Regresaré nuevamente

Localização excelente. Prédio seguro e com garagem. Francesco foi muito prestativo todo o tempo. A limpeza e a conservação do apartamento classifico como boa. Conforto também bom. Tem tudo o que é preciso. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar no apartamento caso volte a playa del Carmen

What a wonderful place Vickie has created. The house is beautiful, but where it really shines is outside. Lounging in the cenote, watching the birds and lizards, giving the resident dogs some scritches - so relaxing. The main purpose of our trip was to dive cenotes, you couldn't have a better location. A couple days our dives were just minutes away. Vickie was wonderful, so kind and friendly. She was always super responsive when we had questions and gave us great tips on the local area. 10/10 will absolutely stay here again next we are in the area.

Vickie’s house is INCREDIBLE! It’s somehow even more beautiful than what you see in the pictures. We loved our quiet mornings drinking coffee and seeing the local fauna walk around the property (like agoutis!). The whole property is so serene; from the private cenote to the koi pond, there’s so many options for tranquility. It’s right off the main highway which is super convenient, but far enough back that you never even hear it. Checking in and out was super easy; Vickie was really awesome about making sure we got in ok even after our travels were delayed. She had really great recommendations for sights and things to do and even let us know which ones were total tourist traps. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back! Even after renting a car it’s still exponentially cheaper than the resorts and honestly just a much better way to experience the Yucatán. 10/10

El alojamiento es muy cómodo y está ubicado en una zona céntrica, lo que facilita el acceso a diversos puntos de interés. Todo se encontraba impecablemente limpio y el personal que nos recibió fue muy amable, brindándonos excelentes recomendaciones de lugares turísticos para visitar. La descripción del alojamiento y las fotos publicadas en la plataforma corresponden fielmente a la realidad. Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje, ya que está equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable, incluyendo lavadora y una cocina completamente equipada.

I’ve had the best experience staying in Lizette’s house. She is very helpful and patient with me on my first arrival date as I was running 2 hours late and I was anxious. She eased my anxiety and being very kind and helped me to get to her home safely. The location is very convenient and accessible to the beach and 5th ave. I love her family and I feel totally at home and safe staying there. I’m definitely stay here again and I highly recommend her Airbnb for a safe and private home. Thank you Liz :)

Lizz y su mamá nos acogieron muy bien, nos ayudaron con algunos percances que tuvimos. Conversamos bastante bien. La ubicación no está tan cerca de la playa, se debe tomar taxi o camión que quedaba cerca pero casi no lo logramos.

Un lugar muy cómodo y amplio, muy limpio y bonito, te hace sentir en casa! Es una colonia muy tranquila y los accesos que te llevan al fraccionamiento te dirigen rápido al centro, lo recomiendo si vienes con familia! Te va encantar!

Excelente lugar para descansar y además de que cuenta con varios lugares cercas, como súper, restaurantes y la zona está tranquila y muy segura! Definitivamente lo recomiendo! El anfitrión súper amable! Espero pronto poder regresar!

Great place to stay in a great location. Close to EVERYTHING!! Walking distance to the beach, countless restaurants, grocery stores, 5th Ave, and so much more. The condo has all you need for a comfortable stay and the host was extremely helpful with anything we needed. Absolutely recommend staying here as you won’t be disappointed!

Logement idéalement situé, au cœur de Playa Del Carmen et à proximité de tout. Marie est une hôte expérimentée et attentionnée qui fait en sorte que la prise en charge globale est bien fissellée. Elle et son équipe sont pro actifs afin de rendre le séjour dès plus agréable. La terrasse extérieure privée est un atout majeur et le logement est très bien équipé. Le personnel de l'immeuble est également très courtois et soucieux de faire respecter les règlements de la copropriété afin d'assurer quiétude et sécurité. Les lieux sont propres et entretenus avec soin à tous les jours. A notre arrivée, nous avons été informés que la laveuse du logement était brisée, mais notre hôte nous a offert le service de lavandora durant tout notre séjour, à notre convenance. Cette attention fût grandement appréciée. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous recommandons chaleureusement le logement de Marie. * petite suggestion aux copropriétaires : mettre une toile d'ombre pour la terrasse sur le toit.
