We had a wonderful 3 week stay. My family of 4 with 2 children had everything we needed for our time there. Miguel was a responsive, kind, helpful host. Mareazule is a beautiful place super safe with security on the premises an added bonus and the grounds were extremely well kept. We loved our first floor apartment with the pool right outside the patio. Restaurants with amazing food and direct access to the beach with chairs and umbrellas. Would nightly recommend. A very family friendly place.

Daniela's place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around and walking distance to all amazing restaurants and 5th Ave. This place is great, very clean and has everything you need (rooftop jacuzzi + terrace + nice gym is a huge bonus). Daniela was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Where do I start? I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Playa. Easily my favourite Airbnb I have stayed in and I will return! The hosts are beyond 10/10 amazing people. I felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout my stay as a solo woman and everything I needed was provided. The rooftop is also a bonus and perfect for a lazy afternoon or some yoga in the morning. The wifi is very fast and consistent - each apartment has a dedicated router for extra privacy and security which is part of my remote work requirements. I had no issues and I was on video calls most of the day. The whole house is literally SPOTLESS. It is clear they care very much about their home and want to ensure that all their guests are happy and enjoy their stay! The location is by far the best in playa imo. Close to the BEST beach and lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops in the quieter (and much more pleasant) area of 5th ave The super chedraui is also very close for groceries. Thank you again !

We love this location and we’ve stayed here many times. Back to walk right out onto the beach and really done a good job cleaning up the seaweed although a lot of the beach has eroded now in this area and you don’t have as much space as you used to. It’s very central and easy to access and walk everywhere in Playa. We had trouble with the Internet in our rooms entire time but other than that the bed was comfortable the shower is good love having a little kitchen and the hammock is always a bonus.

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

The house is amazing, very spacious and with hammock included. It is away from the tourist area but it costs about 70 pesos to go by taxi. The good thing is that it is a quiet area and has emerald beach and another very close that are very nice. Very quick and friendly owners as we asked for some favors and they accepted us without a problem We for our part were careless with the cleaning in the house but they contacted me and it was resolved quickly Highly recommended

Excellent stay, Elba and Nayeli are always attentive to resolve any unforeseen events. I appreciate all the attention, highly recommended. Very safe, comfortable and the pools are excellent.

I just spent three magical months at Kara's place. It was absolutely perfect. Kara was always very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exactly what I was hoping for. Her place is beautiful, with an amazing rooftop terrace and plunge pool (which is where I spent most of my time!!). Easily walkable to everything one would ever want (restaurants, shopping, beach, grocery stores, etc). I am already planning a return - longer next time! Writing this review wasn't easy - just because there is no way to capture just how comfortable and taken care of Kara made me feel. Hacienda San Jose is a truly magical place!

Location, location, location. The rooftop pool was great, restaurants were all nearby and grocery stores were all within walking distance. Other than a glitch early in our vacation we had a tremendous time. The condo was small but had everything you would need for a month's stay. The patio was outstanding. I would recommend Grisell's condo to anyone.

Great location. Ground floor has a circle k convenience store for groceries drinks and snacks. Two blocks away from the beach. One block away from quinta avenida where all the livelyness is. Private secure parking. Elevator access. Would stay again. Host made great restaurant recomendations.

Nelly and her home were wonderful! The home is in a great location and looks just like the photos. It's very close to the busy life of PDC, but just tucked away enough that you're able to retreat to the peacefulness of Nelly's home and recharge for the next adventure. The personal pool was a very nice feature to enjoy as well. Even prior to our arrival, Nelly was very helpful and detailed with her instructions. The photos she sent were amazingly helpful upon arrival, and the check-in process was easy. Nelly is very responsive and provided a well-stocked home. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to Nelly's home again.

I just stayed at Monica’s for 3 weeks and it was absolutely perfect! The location was perfect- there is a 7-Eleven directly across from the building, a grocery store is about a 4 minute walk, 5th ave and the beach are within a 10 min walk. Despite being so close to everything, it was super quiet at night! The condo looks like the pictures and is such a cozy space! The bed is very, very comfortable with soft sheets. The water was hot every single time I showered and had great pressure. The a/c and internet worked perfectly. Monica was super responsive, helpful and very friendly. She checked on me consistently throughout my stay and promptly answered any questions I had. This was a wonderful experience and I am already planning to return and stay with Monica again. Thank you for everything!!

This place was great! It was in the perfect location to walk to the main strip, Walmart, restaurants. The kitchen was great to have. Julio was a communicative host and was very hospitable.

Very well located accommodation for access to everything, restaurant, grocery store and beaches. The landlord should better store his belongings to leave room for the tenants. Great spot right next to the pool. Highly responsive host and quick troubleshooting. We announce the layout of a BBQ but almost impossible to access. We went to Tza Lam 31 nights and used it only once. You have to buy charcoal and then clean everything after use and no tools are provided to us to carry out the cleaning. We have when to have a good stay. Thank you
